Excellent representation. Everything else aside, I called multiple law firms. One said that some one would call me back and never did. The others I left messages and a couple just didn’t want to get involved. This firm I called and the secretary said you need the attorney that handles this , he will contact you tomorrow when he gets in. Sure enough he called the following day. We talked about the case for a good 30 minutes. At the end of the call I had no doubts about giving them my money. Very knowledgeable and confident in his job. At that moment the weight was lifted off my shoulders. Everything they said they were going to do they did. (With out going into great detail) they got me a dismissal from the other side. My wife and I recently had legal issues that involve our daughter, our 2 grandchildren, and the children’s father. The situation was highly emotional and complex for us to deal with alone. Mark & Alan helped me out with a very complicated situation involving removing squatters from a building I acquired during the pandemic. They were smart, creative, responsive, and their filings were always tight and rarely needed much editing. They are efficient with your time and very little BS - which is hard to find in my experience in a mostly hourly legal profession. I would highly recommend them and I would personally not hesitate to hire them again for things that might come up.

Mark is a phenomenal attorney! He genuinely cares and works hard to help you resolve your situation. This was my first time hiring an attorney but I have spoken to others, and many of the ones I've spoken to are jerks who feel they are too important to talk to you. Mark is down-to-earth and the client-attorney relationship feels more than that; for me it was like a big brother or close friend. If ever I am in need of an attorney & Mark can help, he would definitely be the first person I would call. Whenever I think I have a legal situation I think of him first & check his website to see if he is an expert in that area. His secretary or paralegal got upset one day and sort of yelled at me because of some miscommunication and that was my only bad experience throughout the process with the firm. However, Mark is such a caring attorney that not even that would stop me from going back.
