Whether you just walked in the door, or just call in to make a change. The group of lady’s are very knowledgeable about the products they provide to us. I have multiple policies with American Family Insurance. Including my auto, home, umbrella, and life. From the time you walk in the office you are greeted by amazing women, that are so helpful and clearly love there jobs. They speak with you and break down the things you are unsure of. This is the first time I have purchased life insurance and so glad I did! It was VERY reasonably priced and just knowing my loved ones won’t have the financial burden god forbid something arises. I've been an American Family customer since 2017. We started with a homeowner's and auto policy and then a few years later we added life insurance policies for my husband, myself and our children. I loved their coverage and their great customer service. I recently started working here and can tell you from personal experience they are the greatest people around!

When I moved to Scapoose Or, in 2010, I wanted to find a local insurance agent. I went with Heather Epperly’s - American Family Insurance in St. Helen’s. This agent and her staff have exceeded my expectations each and every single time! I always feel like I get the most for my money in comparison to other insurance companies. My husband and I have all of our policies through American Family. I also referred my sister and now her and her family all have their policies through Heather’s office as well.

Since, I moved again and although we are 180 away, Heather and her staff never fail! They are always very quick to respond and friendly. I’ve made several changes over the last 10 years; however, Heather always makes it happen.
