I have been seeing Nora for Microneedling and laser for removal of sunspots. I’m loving my results. Nora is so knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. She uses a numbing cream that works so well that the discomfort is minimal. With this she can go with the strongest settings. I will continue to use Nora and I highly recommend others use her. She is fabulous!!! Pure Serenity don’t let her go. She is a keeper!!!

I can't say enough about Pure Serenity. When I moved up from southern California I wasn't sure I'd find a high caliber provider for the self pampering I love, but not only are they the best in Columbia County, their service and experience are on par with any upscale spa. I've been getting a microdermabrasion facial monthly for 2 year now and love to see the same day glowing results. I recently tried the new HydraFacial with Nanofusion and WOW. My skin still looks great after several weeks. It helps that the estheticians at PS are highly trained and experienced and customize to my skin needs. I also enjoy amazing massages (as does my hubby!), foot treatments, and the occasional float when I'm really ready to relax and spoil myself. The staff is very sweet and attentive and they have a beautiful lobby with fun and unique gift ideas and products! So happy I found them!

My experience is always great here. I've had massages and tried out the float tank. Plus I love the little gift shop up front - Great soaps and cute earrings.

Updating - I recently had a massage with Lorraine and it was awesome! I went in with an achy back and left feeling so much better.

This place was so amazing!!! We had a bachelorette spa day here and they were so accommodating. They closed down the shop for us so we could have the whole place to ourselves. They gave us champagne, snacks, and a private room to relax in between sessions. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

This was my first time doing to pure serenity. I had a 90 minute float followed by a 30 minute massage. It was AMAZING! I honestly have never been that relaxed in my life. Plus all of the staff were super nice and accommodating. I truly recommend this place to anyone!

Ive had many massages at Pure Serenity and they've all been great. Yesterday I saw Marla and she did an amazing job on my neck. My headache is so much better today. Can't wait for my next visit!

Pure Serenity is an amazing place to get anything does of it’s facial or float tank. After having a facial there my face cleared up immediately.

Wow. Just wow. The staff here is unbelievably skilled at what they do...And they are nice to boot! very helpful and friendly visit. Came in for a basic massage but it was everything but basic! I havn't felt this limber in years! It's a must if you're looking for something relaxing to do on a day off or if you're just passing through. 5 star+!!

I was given a gift certificate for a massage here, and I have gone back twice since, and plan on going as much as I can. I am an older adult (71) female and I do have a few aches and pains, and the massage therapist I have had is absolutely great. I would go every day if my budget would let me. This is the place to go for young and old for stress and pain relief. I have had pain in my shoulder and hand, and this has helped so much. Andrea is fabulous!!!!

Everyone is friendly and knows their massage business. I've been coming to Pure Serenity Massage for many years. I have never been disappointed. Lily is a wonderful aesthetician worth seeing for a relaxing facial too.

Coming home from solo trip in the ocean. Had a rough time. Had to steer a long time. Legs cramped and sore. They took me in on the spot and worked magic. I feel ready to try it again! Was amazed a small town could have such great folks at massage! Loved it!

I had a wonderful experience here at pure serenity spa! We had a group of us girls and the staff was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. My facial was very refreshing as well!

Great piece of heaven right in the middle of St Helens. Their range of services is amazing and will fix any of your ailments. I can't believe all that they offer...you would think it's a fancy spa at a hooty-toody resort. But, no just a laid back, welcoming piece of paradise in small town USA.

Such a diverse menu of treatments available! When I got a massage last year my lmt listened and treated me according to my needs. I tell you my hips were happily mobile for two weeks!

I'd gush but I have a bias. Great place fun crew. I want more. I'd even try the float tank, though I'm not one for enclosed spaces.

My favorite place to get massages and facials, period. Even the receptionist is my favorite person. :) Try a European facial with Denise and their special raindrop therapy massage.
