River Road Health Mart

Health Mart is the best pharmacy in town. My wife and I both switched there 9 months ago. I have never waited more than 5 minutes or seen a line longer than 2 people. They are responsive, proactive, and friendly. Highly recommended.

this place is the best. staff is always on point. focused, professional & dedicated to its customers. no matter how busy it gets, the staff is always intent on moving the customers thru in an efficient & good natured manner. this is a local business that really gets it right. no matter how busy they get, they treat their customers like they appreciate their business.

I needed my first RX after waiting in a long line at Albertsons near my house I asked to transfer my RX to healthmart . farther away but rarely people in line . they also have a drive up window in case you are feeling ill or just want to stay in your car . I have received my shingles and flu shots here . just as fast as bimart use to be .I am glad I switched

River Road Health Mart is awesome! I have to send a list of ingredients along with a letter from my doc to my insurance for a custom T3/T4 medication. River Road Health Mart had NO issue helping me with this!! They made it easy and smooth! You guys are AWESOME!!!

Very impressed by the quality of service. A pharmacist at River Road health Mart took extra time on my account, and called me after a refill, to update me on some important information. I have prior had some difficulties maintaining a trusting relationship with my specialist. After an emergency order, it was was super helpful in tracking down some miscommunications they they had had with my specialist. It really helped me sort out decisions I have to make in my personal healthcare. Navigating the healthcare system is not always easy and it's really relieving to find quality allies that spend the energy to serve their patrons. Sometimes I forget that in theory, the healthcare industry should serve me, not the other way around. That's a privilege of living in this country's mostly burdensome healthcare system. I typically take that for granted, unfortunately. I'm pretty sure this is my first, and most likely one of the few Google reviews I'll write. I've never really been inspired to take the time to write a review.

This family owned pharmacy is by far the best. Friendly, professional, happy to answer questions & I'm never stuck on hold for 5 min. Last week they stayed after closing waiting for the on-call service to reach my neurologist and have him call to ok my prescription! No other pharmacy would do that! Plus they deliver and also have lovely gift shop filled with exquisite items. I'm thankful for their service and staff. I'll never go any place else but River Road HealthMart 😊

Had to change pharmacy when BiMart closed theirs. So far I like Health Mart. Got my booster shot here, no problem. Small inside, drive up window, nice staff.

They fill all types of prescriptions, including compounding which they sell for better prices than others in town. They have a drive up window which is extremely convenient. They are easy to talk to and their concern about me and my customer experience is obvious. I can't say enough good things about them!

I think this pharmacy is the best around. I had been going to a big chain pharmacy which was terrible Half the time I would the wrong prescription or it would take 2 days to get it Then I had seen River Road Health Mart Pharmacy's commercial on tv and thought I would try them out now I drive 35 minutes one way passing several pharmacy to get to this one. They are they are the best, I had a prescription and they said give them 10 minutes and it ready in 5 minutes. These people are OUTSTANDING. I will continue to drive here for there great service.

I love the River Road Health Mart!! They employ tons of people for a small pharmacy. You can drive through or walk in...but best of all, they DELIVER! A $1 delivery fee saves so much time!! Also, you can call and get all of your questions answered.

Best pharmacy in town. They know your name and are really helpful. Most meds cost less in my experience. Delivery to my house and drive through. That's better than Jimmy John's (because Jimmy John's doesn't deliver to my house )

Very nice staff. I was using Broadway Apothecary but switched to River Rd Health Mart because they just have better customer service. I had an issue with billing and they went out of their way to correct it and issue me a refund. Great place and my delivery is only $1.00!!!

It is a quaint, good people place. Probably last of it's kind in the City. I almost don't like to review it as would hurt to see them change, get bigger, or go away.

We drive 20 minutes from our home to this pharmacy. Passing several pharmacies along the way. That says it all! Great service, great staff. This great pharmacy goes out of their way to get your meds when you need them. Many thanks!

This Pharmacy Rocks and its staff are Rockstars. And coming from an almost 55 year old man that says it all. ❤ They Take great care of me make sure I have my meds on time make sure they delivered on time refilled on time they double check to make sure that I’m still taking my meds they’re always polite and never treat you like a number. 🍀

I get compounded prescriptions. After I got used to the 2-day turn around, I have loved this pharmacy. Lower prices than some others; cheerful staff; knowledgeable about products. I now know they'll call me when it is ready.

Super friendly. Brian and the team find time to help even when they are slammed. I'm a prescriber and we enjoy when our patients chose to get their prescriptions filled here.
