Willamette Dental Group - Eugene

This was my first visit to this location and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating as I had to bring my 3 year old in as well. They did such a great job with my 3 year old to make him feel comfortable as the dentist is scary for him. As someone who has also always feared the dentist they made me and my family feel very comfortable and welcomed. Staff was also knowledgeable and listened to my concerns that I had and provided great recommendations. I would recommend to all my family and friends to visit this location.

It was my daughter’s first ever dentist appointment (15 mo) and everyone was exceptionally attentive, friendly and helpful. They intently listened to my questions and concerns as a first-time parent and gave me reassurance in a helpful, understanding and kind manner. Truly an amazing experience thanks to all the staff - from the front desk, to hygienists, to our wonderful dentist. They know how to do it right!

My dentist and his staff explained everything they were doing before doing things, asked about my comfort and pain level several times during treatment to assure the pain was not to much. They also alleviate my fears when talking with me about how I was feeling and what my concerns were. I drive 2 hours to see my dentist and the care I receive is well worth it!

Kind and caring. It took some time to get an appointment for new patient care. But having tooth pain I let them know and was transferred to a triage line and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I now have some relief from my issues and my next appointment already made.

I absolutely love Willamette Dental Group, the entire staff from receptionists to the dentist, were very friendly, informative and kind. I truly will never go to another dentist. I used to have so much fear and anxiety around going to the dentist but Willamette Dental Group have completely changed my perspective.

The front office reception always greets me with a smile and all the rest of the office staff is very courteous and professional. All procedures to date have been done with great care. I would highly recommend this office if looking for a new dental clinic.

1st experience at a dentist office where I wasn't in absolute fear and pain. Dr Reppell was very skilled and did my tooth extraction without it hurting.

Willamette Dental is amazing! I love their care, the cost, and the staff is super friendly.

They were very informative all the way from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist and the X-ray lady. Very nice. And when I asked questions they did their best to answer them. I'm adding this at the last minute there's some clients of Willamette dental that are complaining about they couldn't get in for 6 months they couldn't get in for a year it was like they were being dismissed well in my case it's been over 6 months since I was able to get in just to get a cleaning and x-ray but you know what their covid happened life happens on life's terms and dentists leave they come and go hygienist come and go and there's only so much that a business can do I get frustrated too that I can't get in to see the dentist to get whatever I need to get done right away like it used to be but like I said there's so many things happening in the world right now over the last 3 years that it's out of our control so I think they did awesome they finally got me in I got a cleaning and they were so so nice now I am on a waiting list to get my cavities filled but you know what that's okay at least I got in. And it might be another six to nine months but that's okay they were very very nice very informative with me and I won't go anywhere else.

My dentist is one of the best ones I’ve ever seen. He is so friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole practice is run in a very efficient and affordable way. But unlike some of the most efficient places, it does not feel at all cold or clinical. They are quite friendly, and they are very good listeners.

I hated going to the dentist for decades and I no longer feel that way.

Always had great experiences with Willamette Dental and Dr. Gil! Unfortunately I have new insurance now that doesn't work with them so I have to find a new dentist, but I used Willamette Dental's services from 2017-2021 and they were amazing! Mostly went in for routine teeth cleanings, but I had a few fillings during that time as well and everything always went really great. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, non-judgmental and really supportive. Bummed I can't go here anymore because of my new insurance honestly!

I have been going to this dentist ever since I was little. I have never had a bad experience or been displeased with my care. They have a wonderful staff of caring and knowledgeable professionals. 5 stars every time!
