I've not been a fan of McDonslds for awhile, however, during our day of travel, we stopped in Hines, OR. Went to McDonalds and ordered keto style double quarter pounder. No questions asked about how to prepare or package. It was prepared and very fresh.

Regardless of being short staffed this location continues to hire hard workers that take pride in their work and together they pump out your order.

An incredibly friendly staff. Made me feel very welcome while I was picking up my to-go order. It seems that this is a very well-run store with some great people working there. Thank you very much for making my day after a treacherous drive for snow and ice from Winnemucca Nevada. It was refreshing to get a nice hot meal and be greeted so happily by the staff there.

Stopped here on our way out east. Super clean bathrooms (even smelled nice), super friendly staff (took my name, rather than just calling my order number). The PlayPlace was clean as well.

You know how greatly mcdonalds vary? Well, this one's dollar burgers were on point, but what makes this mickey-d's bomb is that the employees are unnecessarily friendly and kind. Like Chick-fil-A got nothing on the two kids at this location singlehandedly forging the path for McDonald's customer service reputation.

I am here from Minnesota and this was the closest McDonalds to me, an hour and 20minutes away. I decoded that I wanted a coke from mcdonalds this weekend and made the drive. I was NOT disappointed. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a four piece nugget and a pie. Everything was hot, fresh and presented neatly. The cheese was perfectly melted on the burger. The coke was ice cold, they even gave me an extra one they had accidentally made. Everything from the order taker to the kitchen is running up to McDonalds standards. Thank you, would drive back again. If you are in this area go to this Mcdonalds.

Fast and easy the staff were professional and friendly

Was driving an RV, so I had to run into the lobby to place my order. It was getting late, but the staff didn't act like it bothered them and were very polite. Food was hot and fresh and the place was clean. Pleasant experience.

Kind, competent staff who seem to work well as a team and genuinely care about their jobs and the people who visit their restaurant. I'm from out of town, just passing through. Had a great experience. Thanks, Tammy and team!
