Best Western Rory & Ryan Inns

Five stars in the context of hotels in this price range. Clean, well-appointed room, very nice indoor pool and hot tub, smart, efficient front desk person. Even my wife, who hates hotels was impressed

All was good. The only slight irritation was that I was a late check-in and pool and spa were closed, and after a long drive in freezing weather, it would have been nice to swim a few laps or enjoy a few minutes in the hot spa.

Awesome stop while traveling through. I would sleep there again. The front office was very polite and caring. Priced accordingly! Thank you

One of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is very well maintained. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast room was large and well stocked. I would stay here again.

After a 7-hour drive, it was good to find a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Very pleasant staff, great breakfast.
Easy access, plenty of parking.

The front desk gal was very friendly, all staff was nice. I would recommend to anyone who stays in Burns. We give 10/10!
The hot breakfast was awesome, the swimming pool/ jacuzzi was relaxing. Overall a great place. Also it was very clean and nicely decorated.

The room had a few things left to do by hospitality, but the stay was pleasant regardless. Love your rooms! Beds are very comfortable!!

My family was traveling to Idaho late at night for our granddaughters first birthday. We were about 5 miles outside of Hines/Burns when we hit a deer which damaged the radiator and and made the car unable to finish our trip that night. We then decided to get a room at the Best Western, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and sympathetic with us which was just the start to our pleasant stay. I was happy to hear the pool and hot tub open at 6 a.m. and close at midnight, which is super convenient for those only staying 1 night. My daughter's and I took advantage of the hot tub first thing in the morning. The hot breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, better than some restaurants I've ate at too. When it was getting closer to 11/checkout time we asked the front desk for late check-out and we were told that we disnt need to stress over leaving at 11 and could stay without worry, that was so kind of them. All in all our stay in this tiny town was great under the circumstances and will not hesitate to stay there again if need be.

This place was a great place, especially after looking at the other ones available in town. It was clean, a good size, and they even provided a nice breakfast. I don't have pets and I was glad to see that they don't take pets either. Very pleased!

One of the best experiences! Me and my mom went on a trip last August from Portland to LA and then to NV and then back to Oregon. On our way back we pass through the town this hotel is in and we are exhausted at this point and its about 3 or 4am. We stumble into this hotel and the guy working the counter was so sweet and helpful. Told us about the town and over all was considerate, understanding, and helpful. I had nothing but amazing experiences in general at this hotel. Clean and kind staff! Good food and so beautiful! HIGHLY recommend if you get the chance.

Comfortable, service hours for things like breakfast and pool times were very generous. Easy to find location with a nice view out of the window. Two things though; the vending machine either didn't work or wouldn't take any of my dollars, and the shower heads are WAY up high, my wife couldn't reach it!

My kiddo and I stopped here on our road trip home after a wedding and it was very warm and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning and extended indoor pool hours are a plus! We are happy campers😊

Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety so we all had something we liked although some fresh fruit would have been nice. Reasonable price.

This is a great hotel, but really the staff makes it even better. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub and had a great breakfast with a fabulous server who was very kind to our children. It was a nice feeling of normalcy again. Will definitely stay here again. We also loved that they had a room with 3 queen beds so we didn't have to have a kid in our bed, although the mattress in the 2nd room could use replacing, but we still had a great stay.

Absolutely loved this place! It's been a long journey and I wish all the hotels my husband and I have stayed in we're this friendly, clean, and all around pleasant.
Breakfast was very good, more options than I've seen at many places.
I highly suggest this place if you happen to be passing by, I don't particularly see a reason I would end up back in this town, but if I do I'll definitely be staying at a Rory & Ryan property, might check out their other inn though.

I am absolutely blown away by the friendliness of the staff at check in the lady was amazing. Are room was super clean and comfortable. The part that is making me write this review was the Breakfast the 2 lady that ran the breakfast where incredibly by far the best hotel breakfast service i have ever had. I stay in hotels 300 nights or more a year all over the country. I can say without a doubt best service any place in the country.. THANK YOU!!!

Our car got stuck in snow about an hour away the night before we stayed here, had to emergency stay in a horrible motel which made us scared but the next night found this amazing place! We were so stressed and not having a good trip but this place was the light we needed! Amazing pool and hot tub, comfy beds, great breakfast in the morning! And most of all I felt safe here! Thank you guys for the wonderful stay & amazing friendly staff!
