Americas Best Value Inn Burns

Stayed here last night with my toddler and my dog. The front desk lady was SUPER sweet and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. They have the best pillows and comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub are very nice as well. 10/10 I would stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!

This is a clean, comfortable, welcoming Motel. The rooms are fine, also basic but clean. The Continental breakfast is simple, but offers all you need to start the day. It is dog friendly.

For the area they don't have much. This motel was very clean. I checked 4 beds for bugs and found none. The rooms were inexpensive, the staff was very helpful and friendly about things we asked....such as places to eat close by and in the morning check out stuff. The rooms have a private entrance for each room from the outside and one from the inside to the hall. For what we paid and I was expecting I was very happy. The bed I slept on was a little too firm for my liking would be the only bad thing.

Perfect for what we needed in Burns. Clean, quick check in and nice room. Wonderful complimentary breakfast with a wide assortment of food.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We also liked having access to separate pool/hottub towels, and that our room had both a fridge and microwave (2 queen beds). The shower was also warm and worked well! It made our group all extremely happy after several days of camping prior. Thank you!

This is a modern two story motel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. They have reopened the pool and resumed offering a continental breakfast. After reading a lot of reviews and seeing some of the other motels. I think this is probably one of the best combinations of price and comfort in Burns.

Absolutely, hands down, the most polite lady working the front desk I have ever met. Every time you saw her she was always having a smile and always willing to help with any question. During theses covid times you have to reserve using the pool in 30 minute increments. Something they didn't tell ya when reserving a room, my only complaint lol. The rooms were spectacular and super clean. The upstairs rooms all have their own Lanai!! Super comfortable beds!!!
And a great pizza place across the street!

We're in Burns Oregon so the location is nothing special. Staff is friendly and they clean the rooms damn near every day.

Clean room and nicely made bed. It's spacious and has a decent sized fridge. TV comes with a basic selection of channels. Burns is a small town so one won't be too far from anything. In regards to area, it's a half hour drive to hot springs and one hour drive to Frenchglen. I would stay again.

Was super impressed with how clean it was. Even areas other places miss (like behind bathroom doors) sparkled. We had a room upstairs right on the stairwell and NO noise from other travelers, and especially no road noise. Very well sound proofed. Bed was comfortable and room well appointed. Very nice for a small town

The most customer service oriented stash I've encountered. Great value, very large rooms. Nice continental breakfasts. Professional, hardworking, and friendly staff makes this hotel a top recommendation!

Right when me and my partner walked in we were greeted with a smile and check in was very smooth and easy (considering I'm under 21 and sometimes it can be difficult) the rates were very low for the quality of the rooms. There is a very nice pool and spa, the rooms even have balconies so if you smoke its made easy. I had a nice hot shower before I climbed in To a very comfy bed and woke up to hot coffee, breakfast, and I warm good morning from the front desk. Very pleased with the experience for only 70$👌👌👌

A very nice place. It was surprisingly quiet... being on the main drag through this "bustling"city. :)

The bed was the most comfortable I've probably even had. The pipes were kind of noisy but even that was tolerable.

Very hot water that didn't change temp during a long showers. Sure clean rooms.

What a wonderful place to stay. After driving all day I was dismayed by the town of Burns, and their accommodations. After checking with some hotels in the area, I decided to stay at America's best. They weren't the cheapest in town, but the front desk representative was an absolute joy. From check in to casual conversation, to getting our keys, the front desk representative was astounding. I think her name was Susan, or something. I would definitely stay again. I heard another guest complain about the breakfast provided. However, it does say it's a continental breakfast so I'm not certain what they expected... Overall I had an amazing stay, all thanks to the friendly front desk staff.

After driving 10 hours straight from Rock Springs, WY; it was a welcomed spot to land for the night on the last leg of my road trip. I liked that their rooms had two exits. One to the outside where you park and the other to the interior hallway. This is especially nice when the weather gets foul out. I wanted to use the pool area but misplaced my swimsuit. Despite what others had experienced, I found my room very clean, well stocked and appointed with what a traveler needs for both business and pleasure. if my travels take me out that way again I wouldn't hesitate staying again or recommend to others.

What a fantastic little hotel! To be honest I was nervous as it was in a tiny town. We were met with such great hospitality by Nikki!!! What a breath a fresh air she was. Helpful in every way possible! Even helped me carry in a bag. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable!!! We would visit here again!!!

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Nice quiet restful sleep. Parking lot is well lit. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, breads, muffins and fruit.The only complaint is the tiny breakfast area. They do have a pool and hot tub.

Older hotel with lots of recent updates. Customer service was great, and the lady working the front counter was very pleasant even though we arrived very late into the evening. Liked staying on the 2nd floor and having a private balcony. Room decor and furniture were outdated, but very clean and comfortable. No complaints! Would stay here again.

I came to Burns on a business trip. While this hotel is basic in comparison to some, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and large. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I used the hot tub pool area which was also clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again!

It's excellent, right on the highway yet quite, comfortable and very clean. Great staff. Either brand new or freshly renovated. I just wish the price was a little less. Best place that I have stayed in this year!
