This sweetest girl ever named sarah made my pink drink with sweet cold foam on top. It was the best pink drink I’ve ever had and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be coming back!

Best customer service I've gotten from a grocery store in a very long time!! They were short staffed and I had to ask for help with reaching something on top shelf, then to unlock a couple batteries and then for something on receipt. I didn't catch her name but she couldn't have been nicer. I came back 15 minutes before they closed and she checked us out, and well she still had a nice smile on her face and you could tell she was having a hard day.

A smaller Safeway in a well established neighborhood. Outstanding variety despite the reduced shelf space. Everything was well stocked and the overall store looks very neat and orderly. I noticed that the dairy department is exceptionally up-to-date with items about to go out of date. A rarity in my opinion....... so kudos to them🥳🥳🥳.

Great manager mistake was made and in 5 minutes he gave me the difference in cash back. Also went there a few days ago I needed 2 single white flowers for my kids experiment all they had were bouquets. Lady went in where they had there flowers and pulled out and ran up 2 white flowers a Gerber daisy and a rose for just 2.99 thanks to them I was able to keep my promise to my daughter ❤

The checker was fast and courteous. She was very skilled and knew the items I had so there was no looking up any numbers. In and out. Just the way I like it on a Friday night!

Definitely not the best Safeway and it doesn't always have what you want like the other Safeways but it's my hometown Safeway so I give it five stars :) yes I'm biased

I was so happy to meet Mackenzie in the service department yesterday when I needed help learning about digital coupons. I am a technically challenged 73-year-old lady. Mackenzie was very patient and helpful walking me through the steps to be able to use my cell phone for digital coupons. I needed to get the $1.97 pizzas for Super Bowl! Glad you hired her. I plan on telling all my senior friends were to go to get help.

Super friendly employees. The store is an older model with no in store bakery.

They always have the best bananas in town. Winco and Fred Meyer always have really green bananas and it would take 3 or 4 days to get them ripe. Safeway generally has a selection of bananas that are anywhere between two days before ripe to ready to eat.

My pharmacy experiences here for the past year have always been friendly, quick, and consistent. They even save GoodRX coupons on my account, and will sometimes find me better deals on prescription prices! Refills are usually pretty quick and service is always kind - what more could you ask for?

I actually thought that I was Rating Safeway on 14840 Webster Rd.

Went to the checkout grabbing some groceries, I think the cashier name was Brenden, super nice told me about the Safeway app and saved roughly 3$ on my purchase

Staff are always polite and cheerful. My family had to leave our basket of food to go home and get our wallet we forgot. Because we had dairy and other cold products in our cart the staff put our basket in the cooler for us until we could make it back to pay for our groceries. I've never had staff offer to keep it in the cooler. GREAT STAFF. great store.

Don't like where the ADA parking spaces were mover. It's a further walk than when the spaces were in front of the store. I was told because one person complained about the old location. I'd like to complain about the new location.

Jimmie is one of the best employees you guys got at this location. She is so kind and helpful. Her customer service is second to none. Always there to welcome you with a wonderful smile. Thanks to her I will be a permanent customer. Great location always has what I need.

Had everything I needed and even helping me with my phone app at the self check out without having any problems. She was very nice.

Great food and great prices, not to mention perfect location, right next to our hotel, Holiday inn express. We have a limit of $15 per person, so we got enough food for work tomorrow and drinks. Hey even the employees were nice and very helpful. Especially for us Hicks from the coast.

I love safeway! The deli food was good and fresh cases were full. And I had been helped right away! The deli employee was really nice! They always seem busy and that's great! This location reminds me of the old school safeways that aren't really around anymore lol because they have been remodeled or shut down!

This is my neighborhood Safeway and I love it. I love it so darn much that we've invited four of the incredibly friendly clerks to our wedding at our house a couple blocks away. Don't go here if you're in a rush or cranky, the joyful shopkeeps will surely engage you in delightful conversation whether you want it or not.
