Taylor was awesome in helping us identify the right laptop in our price range. He was very down to earth and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff that kept approaching me to see if I needed any help. Best selection of any Best Buy I have been to in a while. They are actually stocked on most things and have displays of everything you want to look at.

I was having trouble getting all my photos off my old phone to transfer to my new phone. Daniel on the "Geek Squad" was very helpful, showed me why it wasn't working, and how to get all my photos. I had told him I was just ignorant about these things, but he didn't make me feel that I was.

The customer service was amazing! Was instantly approached and helped. Answer all the questions I had with ease. Helped me find the best product for my needs and wants.

Installed a radio in my Jeep. Great service going back to have a camera installed.

This is one location that was willing to help. I asked someone for an open box and 3 associates jumped on it. I'd say if you do your homework on what you need they will find it.

Had an amazing experience with Dakota! He helped me rest my new Samsung 23 Ultra since I forgot the password. Super sweet guy and he deserves a raise bc Samsung could not help me with my issues. Super thankful for him resetting my phone would absolutely come to this location again!

A very well maintained store that usually has everything I need. Staff here are great and the store is always clean. However, my wife and I did notice a very interesting price discrepancy that seemed to have been in error, but we did find it a bit funny. Everyone needs a good laugh now and then. Overall, a great store.

Taylor is amazing!!!! Promote this man!!! Me not knowing much about technology, I asked Taylor for help with my last two big purchases. Omen gaming PC a month or so ago which I knew absolutely nothing about, and a Samsung TV that I also knew nothing about. He explained the differences between my best options showing how the differences make a impact in the quality in the products. Very insightful and humble. A person like this deserves great things in this world. Not many people like him out there. Thank you Taylor!

I had a great experience purchasing a laptop for work. The store manager made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed while providing a great conversation. I'd definitely go back based on this visit.

I had been contemplating upgrading my very old T.V..and was curious about an entry level LG OLED that appeared to be on sale for an excellent price. Shawn Campbell greeted me and helped me sort out some questions I had about UHD, QLED and other technologies. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and ultimately helped me look no further and make the decision right there.

We ran into a technical issue in opening my account that would have saved me some additional money and the store was getting ready to close. Shawn brought the manager over (Jerry) who worked with me to resolve the issue in a creative way.

Excellent customer service from both and in doing so they probably saved a sale and earned future business. Thinking I'll be back for a soundbar on the next good sale.

Just wanted to give some positive feed back.
We stopped in Best Buy to purchase new i phones for my wife and I.
Sorry I can not remember the sales rep but his parents where from India and I think he was in charge of the phone department. Anyway he was excellent and really knew what he was doing. We told him what we wanted and how we use the phones. We are older and a little slow on the electronics. He was patient with us and helped us through the process. There was no pressure and I did not feel he was pushing us to a particular product. We bought the phones and he transferred the information from our old phones to the new ones. Job well done. Oh! We like our iPhones 13 pro.

A real nice kid with glasses and long hair (young guy) really helped me out and educated me on a few things I had no idea that were so different.....I appreciated him helping me so much....even tho I had to hunt someone down to help me.....he really helped me and took time to walk around the radios and surround sound systems....best buy needs to keep that kid....I would recommend anyone who needs help go to best buy and just look for the kid with really long brown hair and glasses.....he will definitely help you out and not make u feel dumb about something.....👍👍 😉
