The Grill is a McCordsville TREASURE. Food = amazing, service = friendly, price = right! Best onion rings, hand's down! And this salad is unique and delicious.

Interesting spot, family friendly, bar, tv wall to wall, and very attentive staff. I had 3+ people outside of my waitress ask me if everything is okay. Very friendly.

Food was really good, I want to call
It high end bar food but it’s beyond that. The menu is very large, but has everything from healthy options, large salads, steak, ribs, Italian and burgers.

Worth a trip!

Every time we eat here we are very impressed. The food and service are always outstanding. The bussers were extremely proficient on this visit. I asked the server about the management and she said the owner was the manager and he was great to work for. This place is a hidden secret and a gem. Well done everyone.

First time here and I am very impressed. My experience is so good that I am sitting here writing this review. I had the fish and chips and the portions were huge and the taste phenomenal. I am with a big group and everyone is impressed. The manager here definitely knows how to run a restaurant.

We ate there last night. Mave our server was the best. Our food was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. The flounder and grouper dinners were outstanding. As usual the friendly owner stopped by our table to thank us and make sure everything was ok. We love the Grille.

OMG!! The carrot cake!! Oh, and the food was awesome too! My leftover cake weighed 1.1# when I got home.

I frequent this establishment at least twice a week. Food is great. I recommend the California Chicken Club. Great portion sizes. Decent prices. Great people.

Great place for family and friends

My son and I love this place. Wings and grilled chicken ceasar salad are our favs. Not to mention the bartender can make an awesome vodka martini .. This is our go to place now. 😋

I recently went to The Grill for the first time this week. I took my kids. I had a great experience. This restaurant has a down home, small town feel. This atmosphere is something we all need after the last two years we have all had. The staff was very friendly, especially going in 30 minutes before close the next day. Yes I loved it so much I went in two days in a row. I was hoping to meet the owners and tell them personally. Indiana is tenderloin country and they have one of the best tenderloins I've ever eaten, and I've eaten tenderloins in a ton of restaurants all across Indiana. I hope this place doesn't change because I think it's my new go to. In a world of commercial restaurants and too many choices, choose The Grill for good food, good atmosphere and a staff that, not only helps each other out, but cares about its customers.

Absolutely incredible experience, attentive service, great food, fair prices. All around a wonderful dining experience. Hard to find a restaurant with staff that smiles and seems to care anymore, keep it up guys!!!

My sister and I always order the same salad.. Hers was fine but mine had onions and green peppers in it.. It didn't in the past.. the waitress had no idea of it had changed or not..I was hoping she would ask someone but she didn't offer to ask..I was able to work around the onions &peppers but if I knew that it had changed I would have requested no onions or peppers..

This was my first time eating here and it was delicious. I had the hand breaded tenderloin and it was the best I've ever had. I will be visiting here again soon.

What a great experience. We were put in the “kid section” due to our 3 kids and usually that means we get served but pretty much overlooked somewhere, but not here! Our drinks were Fast our food was hot and our service on point! There are so many helping hands not to mention a manager on the floor just touching tables and making connections. This was our first time, but WILL NOT be our last! Thank you Maeve, you were awesome! Along with all the support around that made our experience amazing!

We got here around 1:45 pm on a Thursday, was not too busy at all. Loved the fact that the Bar is separate from dining area although you can still eat on the Bar side as well. Service was quick and did a wonderful job. We ordered the Fried Mushroom appetizer, 2 Tenderloin sandwiches one with fries and other with onion rings and 2 drinks. All this for $49 and some change, not a bad price for 2 people and the amount of food you get. Definitely will return in near future and will recommend.

OUTSTANDING food and service. I'm glad I turned around and tried this place for lunch. Will be returning again soon for anogher meal. Fried Chicken salad was delicious and super fresh. Nice portion size too for lunch.

The staff was very friendly and we did not expect for the food portions to be so large. It was a great place to eat and just enjoy family time. I highly recommend going here if you want a good meal and if you want a full belly.
