AT&T Store

The men at this store were so helpful today. The ATT phone customer service is so frustrating. So going into the store where both Mike and Ryan were so very helpful, informative and compassionate. Mike took the time to help me lower my bill and understand my bill better. So patient and kind. I will go here for all my phone needs! Thanks again guys!

Michael was incredibly helpful. He helped us change plans from T-Mobile to ATT. We fell prey to the grocery store vendors that incorrectly switched our plans over, and Michael walked us through the process and advocated for us. I even had to leave my family's current plan, and he supported the return of my phone and customer service process with phone reps. I'm incredibly impressed with the level of service and time taken with us. He is an absolute standout at the 82nd location. Give this man a raise and promotion.

This store was clean, quick and had a good staff. Our representative Nick was fantastic, patient and very professional. He really helped explain everything. He was very pleasant to deal with. Sierra the Manager & Isaac the sales consultant were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions especially with my wife since she is not as tech savvy.

They took the extra time to explain & help her out until she understood everything she had questions on.

I would come see sierra for all my future needs. Sierra solved my issue when no one at ATT or Apple phone support would. After 4 hours on phone I came here. Sierra actually listened really well first time. None of the phone help was good listeners. And they couldn’t resolve.

I went into the Clackamas Mall location to return my trade in phone rather than mail it in because when I received my new upgraded phone I didn't get any instructions or any packaging to ship my old phone for the trade in value so I decided to take it into the ATT store because I always go there whenever I need help and there is always this younger kid working there who is just great. He always helps me and always gives me the best service. I wish I remembered his name because you should make him manager because he is one of the best employees you have at that store and I think I've met most of them. .There is only one person who works there I don’t like because he straight up lied to my face and he has a greedy sort of slick mr sales man appearance. But he might not still work there. The one who helped me yesterday helped me 2 days in a row and was super nice and seemed to know what he was doing. My last visit was the evening of Sunday August 5th 2023. Thank you to the guy who helped me for the 2nd time you are awesome! And I bought a new Pop socket thing on sale for 7$ and received 1000$ of my trade in value!✌🏻

We came to AT&T store on Friday night and one of the workers his name is Mike was very very very helpful. Nice kind helped us with all the issues. We really appreciate customer service like this.

If you’re visiting the AT&T store in Clackamas town center specifically ask for Isaac Chang. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and service oriented. Patient and gets the job done in the least amount of time possible. He provided great service to us! I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike helped me unfreeze my iPhone after an update. Was courteous and efficient..I’m older and he explained everything plainly. Very appreciative of his help.

I’m not writing about At&T in general but for the Excellent Customer Service I received from Nicholas R at the REAL AT&T store in Clackamas Town Center. (Other AT&T stores are affiliates or authorized dealers. I wanted to switch from another company to AT&T and was told from NON AT&T store that it couldn’t be done and had to get a new number which I did until I learned at end of transaction that it wasn’t a REAL AT&T store. Clackamas Town Center is the only REAL store. Anyways, with patience and perseverance Nick was able to switch my number to AT&T! Thank you Nick. I hope AT&T values and appreciates great employees like Nick. Now, let’s pray all goes well when I call AT&T customer service and have to cancel the new number that I don’t need

The Clackamas AT&T store has outstanding customer service, All my questions were answered! Never felt pressured to buy. Sierra the manager was welcoming. Won’t go anywhere else from now on! Great Experience!

Staff here are always friendly. Mike from AT&T helped me when my phone was stolen and on what to do next. I was given recommendations based on my career in social media on what the best upgrades would be for the phone I was wanting and the process was very easy and quick. This is the only AT&T location I come to !

Anytime I’m in town, the Clackamas location never disappoints! I came in for a charger this afternoon and everyone in the store always seems to be in an amazing mood! I’m pretty sure I was greeted by everyone present lol. This has been by far my favorite part of my trip to Oregon!

I arrived to get my screen and battery replaced. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I was assisted by William, a tech, and he did an amazing job. The task was finished in about an hour, and my phone has been like new ever since.

I would give 10 stars if possible! Mike was incredibly helpful! He made the whole process of getting a new phone painless. He even managed to lower my bill at the same time! I highly recommend going into this location for anything you need

Went in for an upgrade and went out with a great customer service experience. Isaac was amazingly helpful. He even helped me change my dinosaur plan which allowed me to have other perks on the family plan. Super appreciate his patience and time.

He turned an insane issue with my service, into a simple google and fix solution, and I am so stoked. Feeling connected again. Isaac is one of your best assets at this location and deserves to be compensated with a raise in pay
