Prim Nails Spa Lounge

I live about an hour away from the salon, but I had Christmas shopping to do, and I really disliked the acrylic nails I walked in with so I asked if they had the availability to put on a new set. Vanessa sat me down right away and she was so wonderful. Extremely detailed and went beyond expectations when it came to being a perfectionist with my set. Her communication was also amazing, and she made sure I was happy with the service every step of the way. And everytime I got excited about how beautiful they looked she would match my enthusiasm and get excited with me. It was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with getting my nails done. I made sure to get her card and her schedule because I will gladly make the commute so I can go to only her from now on. ❤

**Update: Vanessa is still great. 🥰 I drove in the snow just to see her for a fill today and she was just as amazing as the last time she took care of me. I definitely recommend scheduling with her!

I have seen Ann twice now and I absolutely love the quality of my nails when I leave. She doesn't cut my me when she's filing my nails & her designs are gorgeous! I have finally found my new nail tech!!!!!

Took me last minute at the end of the day and couldn't have been sweeter or more accommodating. Gracious service and very skilled technician. Helped with my color selection and I always appreciate that. They never made me feel like I was a problem and I definitely will go back. And they are open till 8:00 which is later than everyone else.

I went in there as a walk in they greeted me right away. The place looked very clean. The tech that did my nails was very profesional and polite. I explain to them what I wanted and they knew exactly what to do. My nails look amazing. Thank you :)

Love this salon! They did exactly what I wanted and ask for, took Me , My daughter and her friend 1 hr before closing all full sets!!! Will be back for sure !!!!!

I have been coming here for years and everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The fire walker pedi is where it's at with the hot stone massage and hot wax foot dip.

Ann is amazing and so sweet, I gave her a difficult reference and she nailed it even though she said she usually doesn't do designs. I love her and would 100% come back

Johnny and Christina (Owners), are amazing people who ensure the customer receives superior service and an overall excellent experience. Their integrity, kindness and pride of ownership is reflected in every aspect of their business. Regardless of who the technician is; the quality of the work far surpasses any other salon I have ever been to. I have not been to any other salon since I have been to Prim. I entrust them with my nails and my Mother's as well.

What a great salon and excellent service from Tam who goes by Tammy. She is delightful and I loved talking with her. She helped me find the perfect color and did a beautiful job with my gel manicure. I don’t live in Portland or I would see her every time!

Love Kim! Sweet, straight to the point and FAST! Y’all gotta know who to go to, to get you right… She got me in quickly and out within 45minutes-hour. Acrylic fill w/gel and quick lip wax was $67. Thanks Kim 😘

Great service!!!! Didn’t catch the name of the lady that did my nails but she was very nice and detail oriented. Constantly making sure I like my shape and checked in between every file she used to make sure I still liked them. She was also super gentle which was a plus. I don’t see how there are so many bad reviews because I really enjoyed them and they took me as a walk in right away. Reasonably priced too!! I tipped a little extra. Will definitely return!
