Clackamas Vector Control

Theresa, Josh, Maggie and team are so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have worked with Clackamas County Vector Control's "Fight the Bites!" education program for about 5 years, and they have all been an absolute pleasure to work with. They help keep the county safe from vector-borne diseases spread by mosquitoes and flies, and are always there to help.

One of my favorite things about them is that they work hard to minimize environmental impacts, using the latest non-toxic methods to control mosquitoes. Everyone I've talked to that has worked with them has been impressed, and they have smart, caring Board of Directors, too. If you have standing water that you can't dump out, like a pond or horse trough, they will even drop off live mosquitofish for free! That is, as long as it isn't connected to another waterway, like a stream. They are also careful to make sure the non-native predatory species doesn't spread. Five stars +++!
