The lady who answers the phone when u push Zero I think her name is Jackie was very rude and sounds like she doesn’t care about anyone’s situation or her job. They need to replace her because she definitely lacks telephone etiquette.

Jackie who works the phones was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She put me on hold and continued to talk poorly of me before transferring me to someone else because she could answer my questions.

I had a passport appointment at the County Clerk. First off, the clerk wasn't even sure of the proper procedure because she was unsure of why I had made an appointment. (Special case, my passport was issued before I turned 16). Turned out I was right, and when we got that sorted out, she asked for proof of citizenship as she held my U.S. passport in her hand. They told me they needed a birth certificate, which is untrue according to the Department of State, and turned me away when I didn't have it. I had every other identity document you can think of. Worker and her supervisor were incompetent and did not seem to care about their jobs as they couldn't even do a quick Google search. Come here if you want your time wasted.

Honestly don't have anything good to say about them. Lots of bad judges and if you do a get one not corrupt expect to wait over a year for a judgement as they have no timeline anymore.
