Cannot recommend Misha enough. She is so knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I have never had a better experience at a PT place. The whole vibe is relaxed and friendly. I loved coming in. 5 stars for Misha and the staff!

I was experiencing headaches on a weekly basis for two years from an accident and within the first week of working with Joseph Hunter I was headache free. I still have not gotten a headache and it has been a month. The staff at bench mark in grants pass are so personable and made me feel welcome. They helped me so much get my health back. I am so grateful for them all!

I had the pleasure to have them at my physical therapist, they made me feel like a person, not a number or case file.
I had plenty of questions, and they all answered them all. I have learned a lot, and how to continue the therapy at my house.
They always greeted me with a hello violet, ask me how I have been feeling. They worked with me and show me the proper way to strengthen my spine, muscle.
I'm sad cause I'm leaving, but I know if I ever need to find a physical therapist I will be coming back here

I have came here for a few of my body parts and my pain has been way better since I started working with Sarena, Joe, Kam and Julia. They are amazing people and very uplifting and always succeed to put a smile on my face.

My experience with BenchMark Physical Therapy at Club Northwest was excellent. The Phyiscal Therapists were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and made the workouts totally bearable and enjoyable. It was easy to schedule all the appointments I needed to fit with my schedule. My shoulder feels much better and I look forward to doing the exercises at home that I was sent home with. Thanks to Joe, Julia, Cam and Sarena.

Benchmark physical therapy at Club Northwest is amazing. The staff at Benchmark are awesome they are super sweet. They also don’t waste time they make sure your getting the help you need.

Joe and the team at Benchmark - Club Northwest have been fantastic working with me and my daughter. She is a gymnast and has needed maintenance from time to time to strengthen her movements. I have had an ongoing hip issue that has needed quite a bit of attention.

Joe is very thorough and has the skills to pivot with different therapies if needed. I love that we can incorporate manipulation as well as cupping into our sessions. I would definitely recommend Joe and Benchmark for sport therapy or for a chronic problem.

I loved it here! Kam was amazing to work with. My back pain got better! Everyone was so kind and friendly, it was very welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here.

BenchMark Physical Therapy @ CNW is an amazing physical therapy office. Both of my daughters are competitive gymnasts and are seen by Dr. Joe Hunter. Given the sport and what it requires, they both have pain and injuries quite frequently. When an issue arises, we are promptly seen. Jen, at the front desk, works hard to get them scheduled and is great at working with our busy schedule. Dr. Joe is very thorough and knowledgeable in sports injuries and rehab. We are so grateful for him and all of the wonderful and friendly staff here!

DODGED A SURGERY!
I waited to review just to make sure its an honest one. Was very skeptical due to a failed attempt at repairing my shoulder at a different place so it was give this a shot or surgery. Jen made billing easy and seamless, great customer service. Met joe, described the situation and was there about 3-4 weeks. I was still in pain but kept up the exercises, you have to for this to work. Cam and Serena were great, seriously made the experience fun but very effective. So i can honestly say i cancelled the surgery appointment and live with little to no pain, again. Best results and highly recommend the staff, great team, they definitely know what they’re doing.

I had an amazing experience at this place. Joe and Kam are both amazing. I started going to physical therapy because my doctor found out that I have scoliosis, and in the time that I was there I became very close with the staff, particularly Kam, and Sarena, their technician. She is the most amazing person ever and she really made my time there so much more interesting. She is a great person to talk to and always has really good advice for most things. She is so sweet and very funny and if not for her I probably would not have warmed up to the whole experience. I am very grateful for this place and these people! They are all so awesome and you will have the best possible experience with them.

Joe goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best care. My injury happened at work and Benchmark made the L&I claim process as smooth as possible. I never had to worry about not making a timely recovery because of insurance or paperwork delays. I regained full function of my sprained ankle after months of rehabilitation. My ankle is even stronger and more flexible than it was before! I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to choose Benchmark as my rehabilitation location. Thanks team!

After a year of pain in my foot that drastically reduced my activity, I went to Benchmark. Within minutes of arriving on my first appointment I could tell I was in good hands. In the first week the pain had subsided drastically. Joseph and his team are serious about finding the correct treatment. I didn't feel like a patient, but more like a fellow team member working towards a solution. Yes it feels awkward and is sometimes painful, but in the end the desired result was attained and my foot is back to it's old self. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will for sure go to Benchmark.

I had the best experience here! Julia is amazing. The whole staff helped me during a time in my life where I was recovering from some pretty serious trauma. Not only did I receive attentive care, but each and every one of them helped improve my quality of life. I will always be grateful. I had fun too! Thank you!!!!!

The therapists here are phenomenal! I always feel heard about my concerns, they check up on how I'm doing with exercises and my pain levels throughout each session and I never feel pressured to do more. The office staff ensures I always have appointments scheduled out and the teamwork and communication is impeccable.

Our Gymnastics Club, Motion Matrix, refers our competitive athletes to Joe at BenchMark for injury prevention and care. He has been fantastic with them and their families! Knows his stuff and they have really great customer service! Definitely recommend BenchMark at Club NW!

This is THE best crew out of all the benchmarks in this town. I’ve been to the other ones and not one comes close to the quality service or care that the employees at the vine street benchmark have overall.

Friendly professional staff and clean facilities. I saw Dr. Joseph Hunter for a knee injury that was preventing me from performing my every day activities. I saw improvements immediately while working with him. Within 2 months I was able to do all the activities I wasn’t able to perform before working with Dr. Joe. I highly recommend his expertise and physical therapy services.

Loved the staffs support and my knee pain was solved within a few months! Now I can workout with no pain.

Joe is a great PT! He helped with some headaches I’ve been having for years and some back pain while pregnant. As a personal trainer I trust him and refer my clients to him as well!
