I called for information about a Hammitt purse I had not seen in person. It’s new and I wanted to know if my phone would fit in the outer back pocket. The purse had not arrived to their shop yet, and Hammitt had not yet sent them measurements. They sent me a text when the purse arrived to their shop. Instead of just giving me measurements, they sent me a video of one of their staff wearing the purse, putting her cell phone in the back pocket and even brought over another similar Hammitt purse for me to compare size. I have NEVER received such a helpful response! It was unexpected and very thoughtful. I loved the purse and immediately decided to purchase. About 15 minutes later I received a text with a picture of the shipping label already printed with the purse sent the same day. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more. This is a business that knows how to treat their customers and provide the kind of service that makes you feel like you are a priority. Rest assured if you purchase from Michelle’s Boutique you will be in excellent hands.

I ordered a Hammitt handbag over the weekend and received it, via UPS 3 days later.
The bag was on sale and arrived in perfect condition.

Michele's is an INCREDIBLE little boutique that has all my favorites. I currently live out of Brownsburg, but they were so awesome with their shipping and customer service to fit my needs. I LOVE their yellowbox flip flops (they're seriously the comfiest) and the volcano candle I received from them. Definitely will be a repeat customer! :)

I drive from Greenfield, IN to Brownsburg to go here. The workers are so friendly and Michele is very nice and easy to do business with. I recommend if you are going through Brownsburg stop at Micheles.

Great stuff. Housewares, purses (huge Vera Bradley selection) clothes like Simply Southern and Ivory & Ella, jewelry, etc etc. Perfect place for gift hunting
