Delicious, fresh food. They make the best sandwiches in the area. The pastries and baked goods are great. Amazing specialty shop with lots of prepared food for a quick grab and go meal. You have to try this place.

I go in regularly to this bustling deli for borscht soup, cabbage rolls and feta cheese pies. They have great sandwiches that locals come in for while I am eating my borscht in a cozy table with big windows to peer out of.
I drool over the cakes beautifully displayed. You can buy whole and most by the slice for a nice birthday or Valentines day, any occasion. Lots of specialty items like piroshki. Vegetarian choices as well. I feel good about supporting these hard working families unique to our community.

Kind of out of place near Walmart, this European Deli is delicious. So many good foods to choose from, and they're happy to let you sample. We took home some of their Greek-style pasta salad and coconut chicken curry, both of which I couldn't stop eating. It also has a small grocery section with mostly imported eastern European foods. The owners are Ukrainian so most of it is from there. There's a small produce section and foreign drinks cooler as well. They will soon also be a coffee shop in addition to their current offerings. Definitely worth stopping in and trying a few things.

Update: 11/2021 - their smoked turkey made on demand is a top notch! Seriously. 10 ot of 10. Big thanks to your chefs.

Fresh deli every day. Chill place to have coffee with croissant or pirozhki or chebureki while you decide on what you would like to taste first from a long lost of unique foods they offer. Is it chicken-mushroom casserole or maybe lamb shanks cooked to its perfection or one of those fresh healthy salads?

My wife had the presence of mind to ask about the origin of a pastry that she encountered at a Clackamas tea shop, and was directed to Plenty. Luckily for me, she decided to include me when making her first visit.
Though it is a fairly small space (by comparison with most of the big boxes on 82nd, at least), the grocery part of Plenty has a delightfully large selection. Like any good Russian market, a fair amount of the inventory is not labeled in English, but the pictures tell a good story.
The deli counter has a nice selection of the usual suspects in coffee offerings, spectacular looking pastries, and a variety of sandwiches. The names of the sandwiches tend to be common ones that you'll find at most any place that serves lunch. But, our Cuban and Reuben offerings each had their own spin. First, neither was grilled - instead the roll for the Cuban and the Rye for the Reuben were lightly toasted. The contents of both were plentiful, with an especially zingy slaw in the Reuben. Despite being fairly big eaters, half of each of our sandwiches came home to be enjoyed at a later time.
The only unusual thing we noticed about the deli counter was that the breads on display were from Grand Central (makers of exquisite bread) instead of a European bakery. I adore Grand Central's products, but in such an authentic environment, I was expecting something more exotic. It is entirely possible that the breads used for their sandwiches are not from Grand Central - if they make a rye like the one on my Reuben, I've never seen it before.
FYI - the Plenty website indicates that they are closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

Been going here for years and the owner is super cool. Fresh cakes are the best in town. I love going there for peroshkis. Even given us free food and in-store credit. gave me giant chocolate bars on my birthday. Owner even chased me from down the road asking why I didn't tell employees I had free food. Groupons are totally worth getting and you get a lot of food.

Can’t believe I haven’t visited sooner! Such a great hidden gem, I had the breakfast croissant and a latte and both were excellent. They also had a wonderful looking selection of sweets, meats, other prepared foods, and groceries. The staff were very nice, I will be back!

Have you ever driven by and thought what is this? It’s a surprise that will knock you out of the world. I seriously had been told numerous times to go and after finally deciding ok ok I’m going I was completely satisfied as well as waddling out the door stuffed beyond belief. Even though it was past the time they made sandwiches they made me one anyways. Talk about customer service they just won my heart! The dessert were beyond incredible! So many choices and such a tough decision! I settled for the honey cake and it was delicious and perfect! Not to sweet! But just sweet enough. My friend had the esterhazey it was gluten free and the best gluten free I’ve ever tried! Yumm we will be back!!

I had tea, honey cake, and farmer's cheese with my friend James. I wish that I lived in Portland. This is an iconic business that has exceptional food and friendly authenticity. I can't wait to return!!!

Visited today for the first time and fell in love with this store! Local smoked meats, baked goodies, coffee, eastern European delicacies and so much more! I'll definitely be back again!

Wow!! What a hidden secret. The gyro was so great! They have a huge selection of European deli food, as well as non perishable items like noodles, and candy etc.

So glad I stumbled onto this place! Too hot to cook so I got some prepared food and loved it all! Chicken cabbage rolls, crab/egg salad, beet salad with walnuts. For desert yummy pistachio nougat.

Not an expert on European food but really enjoyed the service and the food! There is 1 little table for guests to sit at. Most people grab and go. Not busy on early Friday afternoon. Jasmine Pearl PORTLAND local tea and European candy. We had a gyro sandwich and a Rueben.

The Reuben is SO GOOD. The bread is phenomenal- I can't wait to go back and try the desserts.

Great place to get together with friends and have some good coffee with fresh pastries. Good alternative for Starbucks!

Nice little Euro market, varieties of deli offerings and pantry goods. Some very delicious looking desserts and candies.
I ordered a Ruben sandwich and it was delicious, could have benefited from a little more sauce on it. Will definitely go back again.
