Very clean, all machines work, and the machines also take payment through an app, which is very convenient.

Facility was clean, machines work great. I kinda forgot laundromat dryers are like street parking, you gotta put in enough quarters to dry your stuff. Luckily I only needed to put a few quarters in to completely dry my load, around a dollar or so

The Rose Garden was clean, the machines are all wiped down. The owner is a great owner, very friendly. He wants his business to help his customers get their laundry done quickly as possible. The rates are decent.
It took me 2 hours to wash and dry 3 washer loads of clothes.
Appreciate the owner's consideration for a clean place to do laundry.

We had a lot of laundry to wash so we always use the big machines. We put $4.50 in the machine and it ate our money. There was out of order signs on one of the doors so we filled it out and wrote what happened. There was a spot for our phone number and address so we filled that out as well. We got a card in the mail within a week with a $5 bill in it and a thank you from Paul. (I'm assuming he's the manager or owner) we will definitely return to this laundromat and recommend it! Thank you Paul!

I would like to thank the owners and the people responsible for a very clean and nicely kept laundry!!!! My washer and dryer bare temporarily in storage so it is really nice to be able to find a place I feel comfortable washing my clothes at!!! Great job! And..... affordable 😃

This place is great there's plenty of washers all different sizes and dryers. Lots of parking they're open late which is a major big thing for me. The people that work there are really nice too.

I went there Sunday, January 3, 2020 to wash some bedding. I so appreciated the notice from the owner. It was posted right on the door. What an honest, upstanding and considerate person this is! I have always gone to this laundromat because it’s close to my home but now I have a more important reason to go :-). I always love supporting these kind of business people.

Come here often. The owner is great, he cleans the place himself and monitors all the cameras. Anyone complaining about a bathroom, THERE IS ONE AT SUBWAY YOU CAN USE. So stop getting mad at the owner for not wanting to clean up your needle mess, they don’t owe you a bathroom lol they give you a clean laundromat!

Best place around. Everything everything's kept nice and clean and working order well taken care of place the guy who runs it whatever is does a really good job. And at first you might think the washers are a little more expensive and I want to go here but it's way cheaper to dry so it bounces out makes it about even but you get a better quality washer and dryer

I love this place! It is clean! All the machines work! The day I went it wasn't crowded! The owner, Paul, is a really nice guy. I had a pleasant conversation with him! Will return and recommend to everyone!

Always very clean. Probably some of the lowest priced washer and dryers in Springfield. $9 for the biggest front load washer and 25 cents for 3 minutes in the giant dryers.

Clean and fast and cheaper than most

I use Rose every week. The cost is about the same and not more. The machines are kept clean and the floor is swept. Occasionally some machines break but the owners are quick to have them repaired.

Met the owner Paul. He does regular upkeep on the facility and there washers are much cheaper than some others I've been too around town. Plus no one is hanging out around the front or checking for quarters
