This place is a Godsend! I came here for a small meal, and ended up falling in love with the owners, the restaurant itself and all the guests. I’m here in town working with Lifetime Quality Roofing, we gave out pizzas with Belos. Now I come here to eat everyday!!! Pls stop by, try their scrumptious food, homely family atmosphere, and world class CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We went for the first time and definitely enjoyed the food, the Brisket was absolutely delicious!
He has a fine selection of sauces as well, so you won't be disappointed.

We stopped in after Clifty Falls from out of town and let me tell you…absolutely the best brisket and ribs we have ever had. It’s just a little place in an area that you may question at first, but relax and enjoy. This man will not let you leave without ensuring that you are completely full.

You will not regret coming to eat here, I promise! This is a very unconventional restaurant. No menus but you tell them what you're craving and he figures out how to bring you amazing food that hits the spot! The chicken wings are unbelievably good! We also
had Mac n cheese with brisket on top with Eddie's awesome jalapenos! My 12 yr old said, "mom, have you reviewed him yet? You better give him a 5 star" 😂 Eddie and his son are amazing humans! I wish we lived closer and could eat here more often. Thank you for great food and amazing service!

If you want to feel like your coming home and Eddie is you best bud this is the place to go for food. This is a judgment free zone just enjoy yourself and eat good food. Great bbq sauce also. Try it out and make you stomach happy. Bring cash they don’t take cards right now

I've been to Madison many times, but this past Friday I came across reviews for Hoboken Eddie's. It was not just a place for the best food and BBQ I've ever had, but the whole experience left me in awe of this guy. He asked what we liked and didn't like, and started putting food in front of us. The brisket was to die for, the ribs were delectable, and the acorn squash dessert was delicious. When he told me he was a world renowned chef and had been on Paula Deen's first show, I had to watch as soon as I got in my car. He sent us with hot sauce and 2 waters for the long drive home. I look forward to going back.

Great brisket and ribs, pasta dish was a hit also and then when I think I can’t eat another bite, out comes the mystery dessert, an acorn squash crisp. Fantastic, worth the two and a half hour drive. Love Madison, more people need to check out this place.

AWESOME FOOD! Great ribs, rice, mexican lasagna, cabbage, & much more. Gotta check it out for yourself. Oh, and his hot sauce is AMAZING! Can't forget that... Sorry,, food is almost gone. Was hungry & very good.

Eddie's food is always so delicious, savory of spice. Freshly made. The service is always delightful. His sauces are handmade (I've seen with my own eye) and wonderful. Picked up my own Apple Brandy BBQ sauce today. As always Eddie, love you and your food. ✌♡ pictures of my taco brat, cheese, clintro, spices. Super delicious, serious recommendation.

Eddie is the coolest dude in town. He makes the best food in Madison India but I feel like he’s overlooked a lot. If you get some time check him out. It’s delicious and he’s an amazing guy!!

We got done hiking at clifty falls there in Madison IN. Looked for where to eat in Madison, we were so glad to have found this gem!!! This man can cook some truly awesome food!!! The blackened snapper on mixed greens with his house made dressings was something one has to try for sure!! 🤗🤗 You rock SALTY!!

Very unique place to eat! Eddie is awesome. We ate there this evening and were not disappointed! He made sure we were full! The food was excellent!

Best hope in the wall surprise you will ever stop at , this hidden gem has a surprise around every corner. The owner has energy of a young man and a passion for his cooking. Everyday is something special and a would say with my travel around the world that this is truly an experience worth trying. Drive out of your way if needed and wow what a visit.

This little hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond in the ruff 💎 Definitely not your typical restaurant dining experience but SO WORTH IT! What you can afford is what you pay 🤯 No menu, just the chef special of the day and I promise it will not disappoint! Chef Eddie was an absolute delight and even told us stories about his life experiences, it was incredible!! Every inch of that building had its own story to tell. 5/5 ⭐’s

Never have had a more of a exciting time from the moment we walked through the door Eddie had brought us food and by the way he IS FANTASTIC COOK !!! Sat and talked was very good company tonight thank you Eddie!!!😀

My first time here. I was impressed. He made it feel like home and as if you were family. Food was awesome as well.

Eddie's cooking is nothing short of amazing. Today he cooked up a smoked pork roast with his famous sauce and seasonings, and topped it with a pepper jack and chipotle cheddar cheese. The portions were bigger than a human mouth could fit - he's generous beyond words. Great service and a fun environment...everyone must try this!!

I'll preface this by saying I NEVER give reviews. That said, I am this time.
Totally unexpected and EXCELLENT experience. As my Lady Friend said, Eddie's first statement was, "are you staying or going". We said staying and he told us to grab a couple of drinks and head to the back and have a seat. He then brought us a plate of ribs, a plate of mac & cheese and a plate of carved chicken breast and rice. All without us ordering. The food and sauces were very delicious, but I must say that both meats didn't need sauces and they were VERY tender and juicy. Some of the BEST BBQ I've had in a long time. When it came to leaving, he said, "How about...", and quoted a MORE than fair price. I handed him 20% over what he asked since it was so good. Very unconventional, but well worth it.

If you are ever in Madison, Indiana, you have to stop and check this place out! The food is delicious and Eddie is definitely a guy that everyone should meet! He makes his own sauces and there are so many to choose from! You will leave happy, not hungry 😉
