JCPenney Salon

I enjoy being at JCPenney's to get my haircut it was wonderful the girl always does an excellent job that place is really clean neat and everybody's so friendly and I expect to be there all the time to get my hair cut.

It was Christmas Eve and my girlfriend had an appointment with the manager to get her hair done. She did an amazing job she was very nice. We had a great conversation and she was very helpful. I also got my hair cut with a male stylist and he was also amazing. Great prices and just amazing people. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 😃

Went to this salon for the first time and it was a great experience. Everyone there are so friendly and funny. The male stylist likes to play around with everyone to get a smile and a good laugh. My stylist was great. She really listen to what I wanted and she did everything I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about products when I asked questions, and when she didn't know she found out the answer for the both of us. Going back for sure.

I have been going to JC Penney Salon for years and always have Nikki do my hair. She is fantastic! We have done lots of different colors, bleach, etc. and I am always happy with how it turns out. The salon is very friendly and everyone is always very nice. I would highly recommend going here! Also the prices are great and that is a big plus.

I had such a great experience at the salon. Cynthia greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome the whole time! I had her bleach my hair which I was worried about because you always hear of horror bleach jobs but mine came out PERFECT! So happy and definitely coming back.

The JC Penny Salon is the BEST!! This salon is managed by Martin Schuurmans and he does an amazing job! He hires the greatest people and the salon is always clean and welcoming! Ariel is totally amazing, she always remembers me and things about my personal life that I would not expect her to remember ... if we have talked about it she will ask how things are going and about the health of my family ...WOW her customer service goes above and beyond, however, her expertise as a stylist is incredible!! My hair is always perfect after a visit with Ariel. I always notice how friendly all of the staff members are at this salon and I will never go anywhere else. I am so happy that I found this wonderful place to get my hair done ... it feels like going home each time I arrive. As I always say to my colleagues when you have a great manager you will have great staff!! Great Job JC Penny Salon!!!

My daughter loves the style and cut she received from Brie at the JCP salon at Clackamas mall. We showed Brie a few google images and she was able to give my daughter exactly what she asked for.
Also, I really appreciate how careful this salon has been with coronavirus procedures.

Cynthia in the salon is amazing! She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it! All I had to do was show her a photo and she worked her magic! Keep up the good work!

I have to say if you aren't getting your hair done by Katarina you best be rechecking that appointment. Katarina is incredible! I recently took my fiancée to get her hair colored, and it came out banging! She was looking extremely stunning after. My lady couldn't stop talking or bragging afterwards to me and her girlfriends about it.

Omg!!!!! Angel is the best. I took my 4 year old girl to get her hair cut. Angel knows how to handle little wiggle worms. My kid was movinv around and my stylist was so nice and grapped her own tablet and put on a cartoon that she liked. Angel was so nice and just super great with kids. Im soooo going back to her. Thank you so much!!

I called the salon to get some info and directions and Ashley answered the phone. She was so kind, bubbly and helpful! She was a delight! keep her around, finding people like her is very hard!

The only place I’ll get my hair cut. Friendly people with great customer service. My bangs always turn out perfect which is hard to find at a salon.
