Dont use their ATM. I went and tried to withdraw 400$ and the ATM declined it, but it still took the 400 from my card. Now i have to jump through hoops to get my money back. They said I have to contact my card holder and they cant do anything basically. They said their ATM has been having issues and they thought it was fixed. Apparently not! Now I can wait for up to 45 days for my bank to review this, and im out 400$ until then.

Overall great customer service, the branch itself great, first merchants in general though terrible. Forced me to close an account that was hacked, then my second one got hacked just for them to say they where closing my account and separating ways with me after 10 years and being hacked twice. I even never used my card with the second account. No notice just couldn't log in one day. Run away don't bank here. Try a bigger bank or something more localized.
