The park is very well kept and provides a paved foot trail around the perimeter with a measure of 5 laps = 1 mile. There are doggie bags available for dog walkers and plenty of bench seating to just relax. Parking is available as well.

This was within walking distance of our old house and it was great to go and get out excess energy with the walking book trail. It's sponsored by the local library and my kids loved going and reading each book as well as their book exchange box (take a book leave a book). My kiddos loved everything about it! And it's a great way to remember Mr and Mrs Windisch!

Love the walking trail and the playground. You can see the playground from all areas of the walking trail. Perfect for parents who want to be active while the kiddos are playing.
