Tacos And Brews Cantina

I tried Tacos and Brews for the first time about a month ago and have literally gone back once a week since because it’s so delicious. Service has been good every time as well and there’s never a wait. I’m shocked it’s not busier with how good it is. The salsa is fresh and flavorful. I’ve gotten the street tacos with shredded cheese every time, my favorite are the steak & chorizo 🤤 two tacos is enough to completely fill me up. My bf has gotten the nachos also and they had a very nice amount of toppings evenly distributed. I saw other reviews complaining about price but they aren’t outrageous and in today’s world of supply chain issues and trying to keep staff I don’t mind paying a little more for a good product. The only negative I can find is that their rice is a little on the plain side.

The Queso was creamy and had a hint of spice to it. My wife ordered the Don Cuervo Quesadilla with steak, and kept mentioning how full it was with steak and cheese. She also mentioned how delicious it was. My son ordered the Arroz Con Pollo meal, and enjoyed the meal, but felt it could have had more queso because it was a bit dry. I ordered the BirriaQuesa Tacos. The plate has three tacos, a small bowl with a lime and dried Chiles, and a bowl of dipping sauce to dunk the tacos in. The Birria Tacos had brisket meat that was lightly fried and topped with pickled red onions and cilantro. At the base was creamy melted cheese. The soft taco shells tasted like they dunked in the Birria liquid and then lightly fried. The meat was flavorful, and the crunch from the pickled red onions and spiciness from the cilantro made these tacos amazing. They tasted even better dunked in the Birria liquid just before taking a bite. Also, I enjoyed my meal with a 32 oz. Negra Modelo. The service was very good, and we look forward to another visit in the near future.

My wife and I come here 3-4 times a week. Seriously. We love this place. Much like their other restaurant down at Smith Valley and Morgantown, the food is just a step or two above everyone else. Fresh, yummy, and just a bit more attention to detail. I’ve had literally everything on the menu multiple times over. It’s all delicious. Nachos Don Cuervo, fajita nachos, birria tacos, fajitas, chimichangas, carnitas, enchiladas…. This is literally one of the few restaurants I could walk into, sit down, and just bring me out something random and I’d devour it. I wouldn’t even care what it was. They also have fabulous sweet tea!! Never bitter or chalky. And the service is always second to none. And, I honestly hate to write this review in a way - because there is NEVER a wait here! I don’t want to “give away” the best kept secret in Greenwood, but these folks deserve all the business for just being this good. Keep it up.

I'm always on the lookout for great Mexican restaurants specially visiting in the US from Canada and I think I've found my new favorite spot. The menu has something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for spicy or mild, meat or vegetarian, or anything in between. The ingredients are clearly high-quality and the dishes are well prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food and a great atmosphere.

Our absolute favorite restaurant. I've had street tacos and margaritas at pretty much every restaurant that serves them, they're my favorite. These are the best, hands down!!!

Friendly service. Clean restrooms. Fast lunch. Sauces to choose from are delicious and fresh. Steak, chicken, and pork is cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. Bar looks inviting.

The birria tacos are to die for!! I get them every time we go. The margaritas are also pretty good and always have a good amount of tequila in them. We love this place!

Had a great first experience! Got the taco tray with carne asada, brisket, and al pastor tacos and they were delicious! Our server Estefania was incredibly courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back again!

First time visiting this establishment, SO AMAZING!!! We've been missing out. Great service from the whole team, nice bar and excellent live music by Lily Rose. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Elotes as an appetizer and Mahi Tacos, my guy had Fajitas. Highly recommend.

there are a few famous Mexican restaurants nearby, their employees come to Tacos and Brews.. family owned and operated, everything is absolutely delicious, definitely in my top 3 favorite restaurants ever

Good food and service. The menu may not have all the things of other Mexican restaurants, but I would rather have less options but everything will be awesome. Food has great flavor and is decently quick to the table.

Had the shrimp fajitas and really enjoyed it! The house margarita was a step above most Mexican restaurants so we liked that a lot. Our server, Mariana, was quick and friendly!

My wife and I went for the first time a week ago. Staff is amazing and very friendly. My wife got the taco salad with beef and loved the flavor. The beef was a little to moist and it ended up soggy by the end. I got 3 tacos, chorizo, steak, and brisket. By far all 3 we the best 3 tacos I have ever had. Would recommend to everyone. Damm fine place to eat.
