The Skyline Drive-In

My family and I came back to this area of Indiana to visit family and friends. I grew up here as a kid and young adult. I brought my family to the Skyline hoping that it still was around and running. To my glee and wonder, it was not only open, but it was much more than I remembered as a kid; an arcade was now there. Although, most of the games and attractions in the arcade were out of order or unplugged. Bummer! Aside from that, everything else at the drive in was a positive experience: good admission prices, food prices, snack bar as a whole. The whole family enjoyed the night there. They must also spray for flying bugs also, because I didn’t even encounter one mosquito flying in through the open truck window all evening, and we were there in early June 2023. Great job to the staff and management there.
Keep up the good work. I hope to make it back sometime when Sammy Terry makes an appearance.

Love it. Nostalgia. Fun events. Great food. Good prices. Community Focused. First Run Movies as well as nostalgic movies and horror festivals. Always something going on. They also have special Christmas events with movies during December. This year (2023) they had a Christmas Market with a bunch of vendors in tents.

The Skyline is a great Drive-In! Friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. And their prices are hard to beat! Whether you're looking for a great place to take a date, family night out, or just a place to hang out with friends, The Skyline has you covered.

Last night was my first time at the Skyline Drive-In and I was so impressed. Such a good deal on the movies and the concessions were amazing! Can’t wait to be back.

Clean, fun, very nice drive-in theatre. Built in 1950 but now has digital projection, runs first-run movies (and occasionally real goofy old movies for fun). Concession stand has a wide variety of food and treats; there is also a game room. Grounds are covered in grass rather than gravel, so people tend to watch the film's from lawn chairs or blankets on the ground. Sound for the movies is broadcast over FM, so you can bring a radio and set it right next to you. There was a nice crowd when we were there this evening; it seems to be a popular place. Will return. ☺

Big selection of food in their concession stand - everything we have had was yummy. They are friendly and attentive. There is a great selection of movies and they even have overnight weekends where you can camp overnight. Just an all around great time!

This place rocks on multiple levels. They are easy to locate. Great prices. Great screen. Great concessions. Good movies shown. This is beyond gettin a bang for your buck

Best drive-in in the Indy area. Amazing food at the cafe that's miles above normal concessions. Fantastic pizza! Super friendly staff.

Watched the new Indiana Jones movie. Great location and great food. The double pretzel cheeseburger was $10.00. that's phenomenal for 2 large pretzels as your bun. Cheerwine shake! Can't beat the pricing and nothing better than an old drive in experience. Recommend!

Great atmosphere and staff. Has the family feeling! They have a couple great weekend long events during the year that are great and you are welcome to camp there during those weekends (but tents need to be near the back) *** Edit- Now they expanding their offerings.. apparently, they are open year round and they have also added home food delivery for people that live within 8 miles through the FanFood App. Eating sloppy tots bundled up on my couch sounds great!

A genuine slice of Americana. We saw a double feature on their single screen and lounged in our car enjoy great sound through our FM. Food was tasty and reasonable and the staff was friendly, fast, and attentive. I have lived nearby for years and never gone. What was I thinking. Definitely going back when they reopen in the spring.

My family enjoys Skyline frequently. It's a great place for movies and the food is amazing 🙃

Lots of parking area and tasty pizza. The movies were very clear. Large menu at the concessions.

The Skyline is a super fun place to be! They always have great movies and host wonderful events! They are super friendly, have a great parking space, and a great arcade as well.

The Skyline also has a huge concessions that is super popular among my friends. My buddies get the corn dogs the most but I have also heard great things about the pizza and tenderloin!

I will say if you have eating restrictions it is best to check the menu incase you need to eat before hand, as while my friends really love it there are few or no options for certain dietary restrictions. I do not think this is bad or deserves less stars! I just once went on an empty stomach and there were no food options for me so just so others know!

100% recommend this place, worth the drive no matter how far you are and if you can go for a camping event like the monster movie fest or drive in massacre you'll have a blast at all the merchant booths and if you are lucky get to meet Sammy Terry!

This is a trip back in time. I love the Skyline Drive In. The food is delicious and very affordable.
