Goodwill Store

The clothes are in the correct area for the sizes. The items are decently priced. The manager when doing a return was so nice. The cashiers are always so nice and greet you with a smile. This is one of my favorite goodwill locations in the central indiana area.

I was able to purchase over $2k worth of acacia bamboo tongue and groove flooring from this store for only $100! The staff was very helpful and even though they had just done the work of putting it on the floor, they were kind enough to load it into my car. Thanks for the great deal and excellent customer service!

in defence I sent my ol man he didn't understand I already payed for these things after buying them I ask if I could pick up the next day they said yes he comes to pick it up, only for them to put new tickets on the items. he buys them after I already paid! Icalled for an hr straight and no one answered I plan to come up there tomarrow morning update: I went into the store where they were super sweet apologized and even tho there policy is to give instore credit they gave me cash to return on of the dou le purchase because it was there mess up which I really appreciated

This is probably the cleanest Goodwill I have ever seen! Everything was organized, nothing was on the floor, no dust bunnies or cluttered shelves, everything was organized so props to the employees for keeping it nice and clean for a start. I was really impressed by this place, its little, but I noticed the items seemed to be of higher quality than a lot of other, larger Goodwill stores nearby with lots of brand name labels I recognized.

Came out very impressed with a large haul, will definately be coming again soon!

Love the employees at the Franklin, Indiana location!! So helpful and polite and fun!! So far this Goodwill has the best "realistic" pricing of all. If something is valuable it goes into the glass case. The majority of the items are out in the open, fair game! Happy Hunting!

Nice clothes at reasonable prices. I love 99 cent books and can always find something in household items. It is also a very clean store with helpful employees. I really like shopping there.

Large selection, sweet people, good music, helps a lot of people, I have had several jobs but this one is my favorite and I would recommend to anyone who needs a job. They really care about you as a people and help you.

I love rooling the dice and taking my chances at finding a Dimond in the rough. Sometimes it's slim pickens but every time I'm about to give up, I find something and it keeps me coming back.

The family needed swim suits. 20 dollars at Walmart, 35 dollars at Meijer, 64 dollars at Kroger, and 1.99 a piece at Goodwill!!!!! Keep up the great work Goodwill!!!!!
