I had my first ever Microdermabrasion Facial. Amanda Was wonderful. Told me what she was doing and what each product she put on my face did. She wasn't over talkative to were I was able to relax and enjoy the process. I wasn't surprised by anything before or after. I don't know how long she has been doing them but I felt very comfortable and informed. I enjoyed my facial very much and left feeling pampered. I look forward to my next one.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. They look out for my best interest, and don't scheme me out of money like some places do. I got the Microdermabrasion Facial, every step was explained to me. I have spent a lot of money over the years at this facility and have been a consistent customer. I bought a package as I usually due in 2018. I was shortly thereafter diagnosed with terminal cancer and was refused a refund. I am horrified at the response from this company. Based on this I would not recommend to anyone. Cancer or not refunds are provided at competitors let alone not receiving a refund when the services have not been rendered and cannot be rendered.
