I Had Blast Experience at this store, Customer Service was amazing, They assisted me in finding what I was looking for and greeted me with a compliment on my style or clothing. The employee Chey was and amazing help giving me options. If you pass by please ask for her she Rocks. 10/10

The staff was really friendly, and I loved the atmosphere in the store. The prices were to be expected for the shoes and clothes. They were all high quality and name brand.

Clean store with great products!! Had an amazing experience with a worker who helped fix my board that another zumiez worker had messed up at a different location. Andrew resolved the problem with no hesitation and explained what he was doing each step of the way. His work was very clean so I will definitely be back to buy a complete deck at this location soon!

My daughter and I went in so she could spend her birthday money around 345-4pm. When we walked in, my daughter said that it was her 10th birthday and they all told her happy birthday! They really made her feel special and made it such a good experience. Thank you all so so much! She loves this place now and you really made her feel good ❤

Customer Servive was outstanding. The young man that waited on us has only been there for two months. I wish I would have gotten his name. He is the 2nd asisstant manager. Just so very kind and helpful. We visited to store at thr Castleton Mall.

Ok... Let me just say.... This Indy store in particular.... Is like.... My jam! These are probably the coolest Kats you'll meet, hands down! Love going in and being greeted...they ALWAYS remember who I am... Always so kind and helpful... I have not had one bad experience here. Love you guys! Xoxo

First time visiting, we really like the style of the store, staff was really nice, struck up a little small talk which in my opinion is key if you want customers to feel comfortable asking for help or opinions. Will definitely stop by again.

The workers were friendly and recommended some good bearings for me. Now, my board is way easier to ride, and I'm grateful for the workers' professionalism and speed of service. Highly recommend this store!

This place was fun and a perfect environment for a young adult kinda age group. The scene was great, all of the employees were kind and helpful and an employee named race helped me find out exactly what I was looking for and gave great insight on my style! Thanks guys!
