We were so impressed with Solid Surface! They were the fastest install lead time, easy to work with, and high quality countertops! Great for a kitchen renovation! We are going to use them for new countertops in our bathrooms soon.

So easy to deal with. Explained the whole process in detail. Even able to accommodate my work schedule. We love our countertops!!

I bring my customers in to pick color/ materials and they always commit on their down home feeling they get for a vibe...They are busy so plan your leadtime.

Difficult to get a hold of. Perhaps walking into their office may provide better results but they are pretty non communicative via email or phone. Its been almost two months since I first contacted them for a small residential job. I was able to talk to them once on the phone. They said they would send me an email with some options. I waited several days and called back to remind them. Still nothing several days later. I understand that things get busy so I sent an email and asked for the information. They sent part of what I had requested. I replied with a follow up question on Aug 10th and have not heard back. Rather disappointing. 2 stars because perhaps they are good at what they do? I will likely never know.

Worst experience ever. Owner came out measured and made the template for my counter tops. They broke the first counter tops. Then when they finally installed them I had 1/2 inch gaps along the wall.. when they came to make it right all they did was trim them... horrible place to get counter tops from
