The team at High Lakes seemingly always are trying to make medical care as personable as possible. They have a genuine interest in helping resolve health issues.

Dr. Kelly is really helpful in helping determine next steps with a positive attitude and keen insights into the optimal treatment method for each situation.

I would recommend High Lakes to anyone looking for excellent health care and customer service!

Excellent visit. Appointment was on the dot. Intake was efficient and stress less. Dr. Ramsey was well prepared and took her time with the exam and answered all our questions. Provided a list of follow up actions she would take and instructions for us to follow. Very productive visit.

Jamie Freeman has been my physician for the last 6 years or so and she is just the absolute best! I always feel like she listens and wants to be proactive about any issues I may be experiencing. She makes going to the doctor as enjoyable as it possible can be.

I love High Lakes! Every single provider I’ve had there from urgent care to OB/GYN to mental health. Nurse practitioner has been amazing! They are super responsive and personable and take their time! I highly recommend them

Receptionist was professional, knowledgeable and fast. Dr Little was professional and knowledgeable as well. He is relaxed, open, listens and contributes to conversations. We are pleased in finding Dr Little to continue on with our health care needs since our last Doctor has moved away.

This was my first visit to high lakes Bend. I saw Dr Little and was very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness . His assistant was also very nice and a sweet gal. Highly recommended as he is accepting new patients at the moment

I wish Dr Mann the best in his long deserved retirement. I retired 3 years ago, so highly recommend it! His being older than I was no concern of mine 30 yrs ago when he first saw me as a patient, but I didn’t want to suggest retirement to him... I feel I’ve had the very best of thorough care through the years, my sincere appreciation. I recommend he read the book before his last day of work: “The Joy of Not Working”, by Ernie J Zelinski.

Friendly and engaging staff checked me in. I didn’t wait long for Dr. Henderson to come to my exam room. She is very efficient but also listens well and makes sure you’ve asked all the questions you came with.

I have been going to High Lakes for years now. I feel they really care about my well being. I don't just feel like a number. Whitney Drew is a great PA!

Great front counter service. Nurse Alicia was friendly and thorough with her duties and Dr Mann was terrific with his knowledge, analysis and recommendations!!

My appointment started on time. Dr. Blackmon was very thorough, taking all the time needed to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns in detail. My visit never felt at all rushed.
