I have enjoyed doing business at this Aaron's for awhile now, as the staff there feel more like family. They truly go above and beyond in customer service and care. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I highly recommend this local business to others!

I've gotten four different appliances, three complete room sets; and I wouldn't shop any place else! They have a huge in store and online selection to shop from, have new items and pre-owned pricing which makes big purchases sensible to fit any array of people's budgets. And best of all, their customer service is unmatched in comparison, and I always leave the store glad that I chose them to do business with. The quality of the items that I have purchased has hold-up to heavy traffic of kids and pets in a busy household, and the one time that I had to use my warranty on an appliance Aaron's was helpful and attentive with my needs, and helped me to get my warranty repairs made as quickly as possible. Even the delivery guys are friendly, courteous, quick and efficient! You couldn't ask for a better crew! Anyone shopping for furniture will be pleased with their purchases and customer service if they go to Aarons!

I have always had a great experience at Aaron's. I have rented from them a few times, and they have always worked with me if something came up. The people that have delivered my tv, chair, computer have always been very kind and professional. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone who wants to rent to own.

Ray and all the staff are awesome and have always taken care of us when we have needed something from them. Wether or not we were paying cash 120 day same as cash or even going with the full contract they are always helping us out!

I have had a good experience with coos Bay Aaron's and would recommend them to anyone that asked for a rent to own store it's race that makes you return within 3 days if late rarely happens though Aaron's is a 5 star
