I went into your store on Tuesday 1-9-24 for some lumber products and was pleasantly surprised to get a very helpful employee to help me get what I need at a price that I can afford. He made sure to look around to see what would work and not willing to stop until he got what I needed. Since the pandemic hit it is very hard to find an employee that is dedicated to customer satisfaction and not feeling like he’s being put out to do the work he’s being paid to do. The person I am talking about is Michael in Lumber. I was very pleased with him. You got a keeper with him.

I had been looking all over for a planter bowl for succulents, couldn't find any. Went to pay my bill and since I hadn't checked here, thought why not. I couldn't believe it. They had exactly what I needed. My mother loved her birthday gift. Thanks Lowes!

Very friendly staff and a huge selection of everything you need. The sales staff were attentive and answered all my questions. This store was fully stocked were the keizer location usually is not. I will deffanitly be returning to this lowes. My family and I couldnt ask for a better experience yesterday.

I am Redoing a whole house with my husband and went to the Salem Lowes store on Turner Road yesterday. I have had a lot of issues with finding employees to help me at all the stores lately, and when I find them they are often not knowledgeable in what I’m looking for or not very polite. Well Shaude was such a breath of fresh air to deal with. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with a few things I needed help with. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied. I was treated unwell by another employee earlier in the visit, but she made me want to shop there still when I had wanted to leave before I came upon her. I look forward to running into her again soon and I know she will be a big help and a friendly face when I do. Lowes please treat her well, she’s a Gem on an employee.

I love Lowes on Turner Rd. The employees are top notch and the store is very very clean. They take pride in their work and they strive to please and meet their customers needs each and every day. I give them 100% and the highest number star rating available ! They are the best ! Thanks Lowes !

Ten stars for Steve C in Millwork. I spent 4 hours wasting time with Lowe’s in Kaiser. I would have given up if I didn’t need matching windows only sold by Lowe’s. Called Salem and Steve took care of me in 5 min. His knowledge and customers service skills are top notch. Steve will be my first call the next time I have a big order.

Dianna was the most helpful sales associate we have encountered in quite some time. She deserves a 10/10 for her being so patient and helpful with us!

I was at the Lowe’s in Salem Oregon today and I had one of the best customer service experiences . There was a young Lady (Emily) who was stocking shelves and I asked if she could help . She explained that she is new but will help in whatever way she can . Emily was energetic and eager to help . She was most pleasant and went above and beyond the standard customer service.

Duane at Turner Rd Salem, Oregon Lowes is wonderful!! He talked with me at length about brad nailers and showed me the different models they had. He also taught me how to get the correct length of nail for different projects. He likes his job and it shows! 10/10!!

Cashier was nice. Great prices love the idea of not paying taxes in Oregon. Did my Black Friday shopping!

Great prices. I went to get potting soil, seeds and some plants for my new garden. They have low prices, a great selection. Plus their employees are very friendly and helpful.

It was fine need a couple of things got them and was surprised at the price it was cheaper then expected always a good thing lol.

We have been going there more often to get things for our projects. They are really easy to work with and if need be bring things back with no problem! The store is very clean with lots of fun things to buy as well😁

Went in to help my mom purchase a cordless lawn mower. She saw one advertised in the isle and it was for a different model for a that price. Fred ID number 3902520 who wore a red vest came over to assist her
When he realized they had put the wrong one up there at that price he honored the price that was there in the isle and was very pleasant to work with. He helped my mom out and even had someone help load the unit.
Very good experience and will be going back to shop.

My fiancée said I could buy a table saw! Woo! We went to Home Depot and I was disappointed with the selection. Looking online I saw the Delta 36-725 here and it seemed like the perfect saw for me. I called the store and mentioned I had a Harbor Freight coupon to see if they took competitors coupons before we made the drive out here. I went to customer service when we got there to make sure they'd take it and the girls at CS were very nice and said it was fine, but they confirmed with the senior CS guy just in case. After shopping around a little bit before we loaded up a 200lb saw I was joking with the off-duty manager about the messages on the intercom (I didn't know she was the manager at the time), but she was very nice.

We grab our plywood and other items and head to checkout. They rang in the discount to the manager for approval and few moment's later the girl I was joking with came back in and rang it in, after asking who all I talked to to make sure they'd take the coupon.

Everybody I talked to was very friendly and very helpful. They honored a competitor's coupon. The store is clean and well laid out, and the checkout lines often move relatively quickly.

All in all I'm very happy with my service here and I'll definitely be back. A good attitude goes a thousand miles, and not once was an employee disdainful or unhelpful, even the poor guy I asked to help me load up the saw. He happily stopped what he was doing to help me get it in the truck before merrily going about his day. 10/10 experience.

Another great Lowe's. Friendly helpful staff. No issues been here a few times. Free WiFi but a little on the slow side. This store is one of the first big retail stores that I have seen to switch to LED lighting for their interior lights. Good job Lowe's!
