Staples

Today was my first visit to the Coos Bay Staples to return two Amazon items. I was new to this process and Tabitha walked me through the procedure in a very patient and helpful way. She was very knowledgeable about the process, and communicated it in a thoughtful fashion. Trevor, who also assisted was very friendly and cooperative. I have bought supplies there previously, and being treated so well has encouraged me to return for more purchases.

Emily was extremely helpful in getting my return to Amazon taken care of after another store employee rudely refused and said i had to go to roseburg or Eugene. I am 78 yrs old and disabled so that servive was very appreciated.

If you can't find it they will order it
Today I purchased something at Staples for $50 that I could have got online for from 9:00 to $12
And acceptable similar item at Walmart was $3:98

Always happy with my print orders here! Fast and friendly team. Incidentally, today I witnessed a woman being very rude and unreasonable to a staff member behind the counter, Juan. He handled it like a total pro with way more grace than I would have had, doing everything in his power to appease her and move things along. Impressive people skills! Raise time. 😉

Molly in the printing department has been absolutely AMAZING!!!! I have had to have menus printed for our buisness Coyote's Food Truck several times and each time on my end when I send in what I need printed it sends it to them weird and she goes above and beyond to make the changes and fix it to how it needs to look for me which takes time cuz it's a b*** to do but she does it with a smile on her face and still gets it done fast!!! I can't say enough praises about her and how amazing she is!!! I'm so thankful to have her help me each time!!! And if I don't like it and still need something changed she does it right then and there!!! This woman deserves a raise and to be acknowledged because she goes WAY beyond anyone else ever has for me there and with a great attitude everytime☺

I was so pleased to be greeted with a smile in the copy/print center two weeks ago at Staples in the Newmark Center, Coos Bay. The courtesy and professionalism of the two young women working there should be commended. I came in with an 'idea' and they pleasantly executed it on pretty card stock for me. The price was very reasonable. Many customers came and went while I was waiting and were greeted with a smile and quick service. Thanks! I'll be back :)

Staff was safety first with masks. They attended to customers like professionals, no wait, very efficient. He was nice to share a coupon and saved me shipping costs. I'll be back for the customer service!

The woman at the fax/copy center is always very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The store is quite large and has a great selection of office products. The prices are reasonable & the quality is excellent.

Best handiest store ever. Anything you need for today's copy's and equipment they have .I found some family photos , 2x3 inches from the 1920,s no one who they were .After Staples enlarged them we were surprised, Ever hear of a "Mule Skinner "? That was what they were , pictures of my companion's father, as the driver of 20 mules pulling a combine in Troy, Oregon WOW! By John Rinkes

Great customer service in the print center. Everyone friendly and went above and beyond helping me design and print my business card order! Great prices and front end checkout was friendly and welcoming.

This review isn't about Staples, which is fine for other servicsa. It's about Google Maps and the inability to remove Staples from a list of businesses locally that provide notary.
