Hickman & Associates Insurance

I highly recommend using Hickman and Associates for any insurance needs. I spoke with Karen and she really worked with me to find the most affordable insurance for my husband and I. It is a family owned company which I love!

I had insurance on my office and my father's farm. They did not advise me that they were not renewing my policies and all of a sudden, I did not have insurance. I did not realize it until several months after the policy expiration date when I realized I had not been billed for the current year. I attempted to call, but Karen would not answer my calls. They always went to voicemail and after leaving several messages, I went by the office and the neighboring business told me they had moved out. It is against Indiana code to not notify the insured when you are not renewing a policy. I found them so unprofessional.
