We were in Coos Bay for a college tour last weekend and we came into Jennie's on a Saturday morning while doing the regional charm hunt. We had not anticipated on buying anything but Suzy met us and did a fantastic job sizing and helping our teenager try on a pair of Red Wing work boots she will use for her welding program. Outstanding service and sizing in the store and Suzy was such fun to work with. We did buy the boots and left happy knowing that the teenager has the right sized and comfortable boots and we were able to buy local.

A bunch of caring ladies. Don't go to other shoe store. Go to this place. You will be happy.

Traditional shoe store. They provide good recommendations, fit you and even put the shoe on and tie it! I was blown away. Great shoes, great service. The only place I buy work boots.

Great store with quality products. These ladies always help out more than any other boot shop I have been to. Very good experience and I will return for future footwear.

I have been having issues with my feet as result of age and old injuries which prevented me from staying on my feet very long and completing many of my chores. I guess I should blame myself as I have been reluctant in purchasing any shoes over $40. I made up my mind to spare no expense and decided to go to Jennie's. Yeah... I spent 3X what I normally would but what a difference! I wore the new shoes out of the store and worked on my property with no issues. What a difference a good pair of work shoes with proper support makes! I wish I would have done this sooner... Awesome Service ! Suzy is great! I

Great service, just like the old days!!! They bring your shoe choices to you & put them on with a shoehorn...who does this any more? They make sure you have a perfect fit by adding inserts and they make you walk around enough for you to feel good about your purchase. Loggers & nurses buy work shoes here. Not only that, their shoes are competitively priced. I highly recommend Jennie's!!!

This is my very first review of a business ever. I purchased a pair of Merrell phaserbound waterproof boots after my Danner soles delaminated while hunting. I was really in a bit of a bind. She has my size in these boots and I just paid the price. Checked on Amazon and the price was exactly the same. Could I have gotten an equal quality boot for maybe less probably. But the customer service was excellent and the price was fair. It would have been reasonable to be charged a bit more for customer service at a retail space. The hunting boot selection is a bit limited but the work boot section was solid.

Virtually the only place I shop for shoes. Their knowledge and customer service are unbeatable. I tell everyone I know to go there. You should too. A little pricey but 100% worth it!

Best place to buy shoes, never go to walmart or freddy, support local business and stop in at jennies. Great customer service. They sit with you and make sure the shoes work right for you.
