While we don’t shop CVS often, we stopped in this evening for a few things & I must share that Kaci and her team were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. As we approached the self check-out, Kaci had called us over to help us at the register for a more personable experience, for that, I am grateful. Highly recommend this location.

Appreciate these folks so much. Need RX after a night in the ER & after pulling into Walgreens drive-thru only to find the store was open, but pharmacy was not, headed to the CVS in Greenwood on 31 which was open, but drive-thru was NOT. (Couldn't go in; had the pooch with me.) Drove down to this CVS and had my scripts ready in 15 minutes. Prompt, professional, friendly.

The pharmacist ( Daniel )was the most helpful person I've ever met. He went above and beyond to help me get my daughters medication! As long as he works here I will always come here!

I rushed in last minute with a prescription for my son, he was about to go on a over night field trip and the bus was leaving in 30 minutes. They quickly filled the prescription and made a big deal over his field trip with him while I paid. What a great experience! Thank you so much for getting us where we needed to be on time and being so great about it!! A-1 service!!!!

This CVS always goes above and beyond. By far the best store in all aspects that I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at. Most definitely the friendliest and fastest customer service around! I've never had any issues at this location and would recommend them to EVERYONE!

I walked into CVS and was cheerfully greeted by Bailey. He was very genuine with a smile and asked me if he could help me find anything. He took me to the aisle and shelf where my items were. Checkout was very friendly and professional. Yes, that's the way all our experiences should be. Bailey is a fresh graduate of high school. His attitude and dedication to customer service is very evident. You don't find that a lot with teenagers these days. It was like he was the owner, in that he wanted to make my experience exceptional, and he did just that. Thank you Bailey!

Best place on the south side for prescriptions and flu vaccines. Kevin Storm and his pharmacy staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The wait time is minimal and the staff greets everyone with a smile and a cheerful hello.

For the pharmacy, love how they are open 24 hours, I usually remember to get my prescriptions when everywhere else is closed, and they are Always Professional, which is a Major plus to those who worry that the people don't know which medicine they are putting in the right container. So. I really really appreciate these people and this place.

Everyone there is great...friendly and helpful. With regards to some of the negative reviews...i just don't think some people comprehend how busy they can get. I have been going there for like 7 years now and they do a fantastic job.

Every one there is very nice except 2 pharmacists. Other than that I like shopping there and getting my prescriptions filled there. Love it when the makeup and moisturizers and those products are on sale
