Wonderful services. Kind members. Beautiful trails. Come here for a service or call ahead and the monks will come and speak to you. They are very helpful and willing g to try to help you if they can. Don't be hesitant to simply go and walk the grounds.

Nice and peaceful place. We travelled to pay visit for Buddha purnima and the visit was worth it. Even my two and half years enjoyed the place. She wanted to stay more and go around but it was raining we had to return without going to all the places. Would love to go again.

I stumbled onto the Temple property a few years ago. The Dalai Lama happened to be there at the same time. I've become like a feral cat at a welcoming farm. I'm very honored to say I'm the Temple photographer and love serving as an artist to the community I have found there.

One of the most peaceful places I've been on Earth. I went right before New Year and the place was open for the public, you could feel a powerful silence inside the temple that would make you get into a deep consciousness of your existence. It is all very clean and the energy is calm. Perfect to have a good meditation.

The memorial to Geshé Sopa is nearly complete. The concrete monument, designed by Jeff Scott and created by his team at AD&F was capped on August 15, 2019.

Absolutely incredible. The people were so nice and friendly. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and treated as guests. A monk spoke to us about his past and the rules they follow for an hour. Not once did I think about time. There was a translator who was very kind and easy to listen too. We were allowed to walk around inside and outside to gain more knowledge. Went for a college course and definitely recommend for anyone who is contemplating visiting. All are welcome. Plus the floor was heated!

It was absolutely beautiful. I hadn't seen anything like that since I was in South East Asia. There was a monk in glass who I believe started this temple. At first I saw him and I was taken back by him. I went closer and he is life like. He almost looks like he is stuffed. I wanted to be respectful so I didn't go to close. It is open to the public. They are all for teaching beginners. It was just up lifting. I forgot the world. Great experience. I left a donation on the alter because I want to support this wonderful temple and the religion of Peace. Thank you !

I visited the temple last month just to see what it was like.
I had recently returned from Vietnam and was interested to see how it compared to the Buddhist Temples/Pagodas out there.
It's very peaceful, almost as if it's just being in the presence of the temple that makes you feel safe and peaceful.
I only went to photograph the outside and I didn't go inside, even though I know how to worship once inside.
I'll leave that for a day that I can dedicate my time to honoring Buddha.

Almost literally ran into Geshe Sopa on my first visit, who was very nice. Beautifully serene setting and nice people as well. Highly recommend visiting.

If you want to know yourself. ...sit and meditate and ask to know yourself ....sit and love yourself with breathing and meditate ...analyze your mind and become very very kind and compassion. ...like Jesus and Buddha ...
