Wow! That is some good coffee!

Loved the simple menu, making ordering very easy. The staff was super friendly and even offered to give my dog a treat! Both of us loved it. My coffee also came with an espresso bean on top.

So what do I have to say about this place? I'm usually pretty loyal to my other coffee shop. But since I stopped by here with my wife and actually got something from this place. My wife and I agree that the drink she got actually tasted like coffee and not just a sweet drink. We will definitely be returning. The prices were really good the people were really nice I think that this place Five star rating

Favorite coffee shop!! Staff are always polite and ask how my day is going. Pretty quick service too. There is usually a line whenever I got but I've never had to wait more than 10 min. And I LOVE the chocolate covered espresso bean they always give you with every beverage. Their app is also great for rewards 👍 👍

The jalepeno sausage egg and cheese biscuit is the greatest fast food breakfast sandwich I've ever had period. I'm shocked that a glorified coffee kiosk can do this. Their entire menu is the best in the fast food business. The Human Bean is serious about their food. Oh, and the coffee? Always the best and served to you by the best of the best people. I can't stop thinking about my next jalepeno biscuit sandwich...crave.

Hands down better then Dutch bro's better price better coffee less conversations just jumo into your coffee with a have a great day. Great staff at all locations remains professional and focusing on the hand at task. Which is making there customers happy without oddly talking to them about nothingness. Great job human bean!

Love this coffee shop! I give gift cards to The Human Bean when patients refer their friends to our dental office, just down the street. They are friendly and the coffee is amazing. They aren’t “over the top” like some other local drive through coffee shops. Kind, courteous and delicious!

So first time here we were greeted with smiles an patience ty. The coconut cinnamon latte was delicious N this store is priced very well ty we will be back.

Always so kind, and the speed of service is excellent for the morning commute. Plus, they have more espresso than other chains in their larger drinks which helps keep me going!

The staff here is amazing. Genuine, personable and sweet. They also make wonderful drinks, I am never disappointed and always leave with a smile on my face from the wonderful conversation. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

This is the best coffee stop I’ve visited, and I’ve been to a whole lot of them. The staff here are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable about their craft, and they know what it means to treat people kindly. Going to get my daily coffee here is a highlight of my day. No matter how I’m feeling, I always leave with my coffee and a smile. I highly recommend the Springfield Human Bean.

Best coffee in town. The girls are sweet and cute. Today I had Bella and Tiara. The are always friendly and make a point to ask about my day. I will recommend this place above the rest.

Definitely one of my favorite coffee chains. Their roast isn't bitter like Starbucks. Usually correct order and if it's not they fix it promptly. Staff is always fantastic!

I prefer The Human Bean over all other drive-thru coffee shops, and many sit-down shops.

As I pulled up to the drivethrough window, I started to feel a bit overwhelmed with the extensive menu as it was my first time here at Human Bean. A very lovely barista showed up in a window and asked me if I was ready to order. I said, "no, this is my first time here and I feel overwhelmed", she smiled and started to ask me very helpful questions that helped me feel reassured, grounded and ready to gain clarity on what it was I really wanted to order. I was very pleased to learn that they have oat milk here AND macadamia nut milk AND hemp milk. Long story short I got a delicious "haystack" oat milk late and I was very happy and grateful for this experience!

Went to the human bean today as everyday love the service girls are very upbeat and down to earth. Very corgle employees. Expecially Mary, she always makes my drink the exact way I want it and has a positive attitude while doing it. At the point where they just remember me and the drinks I order. Definitely will be back.

Tried the human bean on a whim during the grand opening period in the year of our lord 2018.

Prior to The Bean, I had no brand loyalties, carried 5 different stamp cards and stuck to the same variation of drink wherever I went. I have to admit, the staff are wizards or something. They’ve gotten me to try dozens of drink variations, trying to find me a new signature drink. I’ve even come up with a few of my own, to no fault of the staff, that were gag worthy (do not get a caramel apple frozen coffee, that’s my bad) but still worth it.

Every single drink that I’ve given them creative control over, have been a delight to guzzle down to get my day rolling. Psst, try a snowy iced americano or Caramel peanut butter frozen coffee.

The wizardly staff of Springfield are a source of a good quick chat that doesn’t feel forced or fake. I can tell they love slinging coffee, and if they don’t, I can’t tell, they always have a smile. Even if the coffee was garbage (it’s not, it’s rather tasty), I’d go for the experience alone.

Human Bean has long been one of my preferred coffee drive-ups. Sadly there arent very many in the Eugene/Springfield area. This location and West 11th in Eugene are simply fantastic in their customer service and quality. Bravo.
