This is a great place to shop for phones, tablets and to get phone and WiFi service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been a customer for a few years now and have paid the same every month. One day I was in to have them help fix a problem I was having. While discussing the issue. The employee mentioned that he may be able to lower the price of my bill. He did a few things on computer, then made a phone call. After he was done he told me he was able to lower my bill by 30%.

Genia Davis, awesome customer service she went above and beyond what she had to do at 7pm with store full of customers. She stayed till way after the store closed and helped everyone.

Metro is great and their staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to understand and they have great prices and products and great service, both in person and over the phone. I have no complaints!

I go to this location for Jeremy. Full stop. First visit I ever had to this location, he was fun, knowledgeable and had me out the door with everything I needed. Came back for something else some time later and he had that taken care of for me too.

Today, I had attempted to call Care and honestly it was frustrating. I didn't get my question actually answered because the guy on the phone wouldn't stop talking over me to actually let me explain. So anyway, I call up the store and it's Jeremy. I'm immediately in a better mood and we talk through my issue. This guy is great.

Really great customer service - Jeremy was SO HELPFUL! As well as Steven! Helped me with my broken phone and when I return to the store I am going to call ahead to make sure Jeremy is at the store that day, since he was so attentive and genuinely helpful. Both employees obviously cared a lot about the people they are helping and that is the best kind of customer service you can ask for!

Great customer service. I broke my phone and had to a get a new one. Jeremy helped me get a new phone that met my needs and recover all my data, pictures, etc. He and his wife run the store, both very nice. Great store.

Definately the best customer service i ever received in my life. I had lots of problems and Hailey fixed all of them while teaching me everything about my phone so i could use it to my full potential. She was very patient with me and i spent 2 hours with her doing updates and asking questions.

This location have great customer service. De’znun and Sienna took time to listen what to what I needed and proposed couple options and CLEARLY explained pros and cons of each option. I asked for there recommendation and they picked not most expensive option which makes me trust there choice! I couldn't ask for more - highly recommended!

I left Metro, because they had sent girl who literally left to take a call half way through my bill payment. That curly haired girl is gone now. I should have complained to her manager rather than leaving to the other big prepay company.

I took advantage of there start up package that includes the FREE phone, and no they do not make you buy the case. They offer their packages that give discounts off of the certified cases, etc. You have to purchase at same time to get package prices. Can't buy pieces on separate occasions and still get the discounted accessories packs. That's how it was offered to me, and the other 2 groups porting from Cricket, when I was listening to see what they were being offered. As I was explained I had a choice between free phone offer where I payed first month of service or a package deal. I took the package deal, and I'm happy.

It is good to be back, and I shouldn't have left in the first place. My last carrier was more worried about bashing MetroPCS than keeping me.

So yes Albert or whatever your name was, they did tell me I had an option of free phones or package. I chose package and don't appreciate you lying to me.

I'm back, and the girls and that big red headed guy are so great now. I will be telling their boss to keep them.

Whenever I have an issue I go to my best employee Lindsey. She's freaken awesome. I had problems with my phone and she helped me all the way to the end. Then when my phone decided to take a S***t on me. She took all the time needed until she got me a phone , And a newer one at that... Metro staff at this store thus far are great set of peps. Thanks Metro and Lindsey for making my exsperinces a great one.

Jason and Kenzie helped my elderly mother program a contact into her phone that did not come from there company last Thursday.
My mother will be switching at the first of next month. The people in this store have always been helpful, and they do not ask to run credit or for prohibitive deposits.

Jesse went above and beyond to make sure all my photos and apps were backed up so I could switch phones. He went above and beyond on a Sunday to make sure everything got switched over. Called twice to make sure. Thanks dude. Without you I would have been sour. Give Jesse a raise.

Very clean, nice products, very reasonable phone plans and prices. Best of all some very nice phones to choose from. My wife and I both got the new LG vistro (she paid for hers and mine was free for switching from Boost!! Great phone, beauty!) Very good information from the clerk. I believe her name was kenzie. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about plans and products. Check them out before you buy or switch plans!

Wow! These people were great. The Manager apologized for the previous customer using profanity in front of my children, and the guy wouldn't let him get a word out before yelling and screaming. The manager was showing him he had the same product that he was claiming damaged his phone, and the guy flipped out.

I hate to be critical in any way, but he should have asked the man to leave when he was cussing in front of my children. He did apologize after I told him that I almost left.

They helped me find a phone that fit my needs, instead of pushing me to one that I did not want. I ended up with the J7, and this phone is Amazing. I did go back in and buy a case because the phone is slippery without it.

Went in to pay my bill, and he smiled, noticed me and my daughter, and got her some skittles from the candy machine. Real family feel at this location.

Hailey helped me start a new line of service with a Samsung! Got everything set up under 100 bucks with an awesome case and saved $139! She was sweet and amazing customer srrvice.

I was ready to cancel service completely, thanks to the idiots at the gateway location, however, libby and sierra are so darn phenomenal and amazing and helpful, i ended up adding a 3rd line and staying with metro. These two ladies are the ONLY reason i stayed. They need promoted. I literally never want to deal with anyone but them. Theyre fantastic !!!!!

I would like to commend the manager for assisting me and resetting my phone throughout the time effort to reset this phone and she was very helpful in this process and very polite and nice throughout this effort and you should have more managers and employees that put out a helping hand as this manager did thank you again for allowing me to state my opinion on the quality of work that she put in to successfully complete this process thank you very much
