Loved this place! We went on January 1st. The waitress and staff were so kind. Food was absolutely amazing. Overflowing, goodness. Great quality breakfast/ brunch for sure for me and my husband. The honest, down to earth waitress was one of the kindest we’ve had in years! Thank you!

We found this excellent place by accident and it turned out to be a gem! Great food and the folks made us feel at home. The building is an amazing piece of history, very memorable to to days of the Service Station. A great diner now, same quality service. Loved it!!!

Great food! Even better service that put smiles on our hearts & faces!! You don't find restaurants like this very often where you enter and feel like family and as though they had been waiting just for you to arrive. Megan and Chally (hostesses/waitresses) were excellent with accommodating our party of seven and meeting our eclectic needs so graciously! The Pump Cafe is truly a gem - actually the people behind the Pump Cafe are the gems. Again - we also enjoyed some really excellent food!

It's a cool hole in the wall vintage diner decorated with antiques, mainly old plane and gas memorabilia. Apparently the building used to be a gas station so they kept that history alive with the decor. Me and my mom both got the ham and cheese stuffed French toast with an egg on top and it was DELICIOUS!! The french toast was very thick bread and the ham was smoked carved ham, not cold cut meat. Eggs were perfectly cooked. And it came with a side of hollandaise that was so good. Served with a small side of fruit, and it was only $10.50!! I'll definitely go back when I go back to visit Springfield!

I've been here almost a dozen times and I've never been disappointed. The building may not look like much from the outside, but their food is really good. I typically order breakfast (which they serve ALL DAY!) when I visit but friends and family have ordered burgers and sandwiches off their lunch menu, coming away very satisfied.
Just for example; they have a tasty stuffed french toast, good eggs Benedict with real ham & sauce (not that nasty fake stuff), very generous omelettes, and a huge breakfast burrito.
Wait staff has always been polite and accommodating, with friendly attitudes.
It's a cozy place but they'll find a spot for you! They even have a small patio for outdoor dining in good weather.

Very nice spot for a tasty breakfast on Main Street and Springfield. Good parking, too! Everything about The Pump makes it a great restaurant !!
The new owner is a young lady who used to be a waitress there and has made many very positive improvements. The staff are all very well trained and are very focused on customer service !!

One of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had! 10/10 recommend. The waitress was an absolute Angel wish I got her name. The food was great, atmosphere was perfect. HASHBROWNS are the best, already can’t wait to go back.

New favorite breakfast place! The stuffed french toast was DIVINE, everything was cooked perfectly and so tasty, and our waitress was on top of it, serving everything with a genuine smile. Love this place!

Like any place you want to have coffee with cream and sugar with your breakfast, they have their sugar in a sugar pourer. Amazing. But also… The food is amazing. Relaxed atmosphere. Chally was a great server! 10 outta 10. Will come back.

Wonderful meal with great service. The food was pretty good. Little bit noisy but to be expected. Waitresses were working their tails off and food was done fairly quickly.

The decor is awesome, but the food is better! The infamous raspberry cream cheese stuffed French toast has to be tried, but even a half portion is huge! The omelettes are good,too, but may be tastier as a scramble.

We’ve been looking for a good and convenient breakfast place to eat near home , several time in a lapse of 3 years we saw this tiny place hiding on a space on Main Street road but never stop to check it out. Today , after a lot of thinking we decided to get inside as the out view does not caught much of our attention. We went thru those doors and bam!!

It’s a very exciting world going there!

All that we love from a breakfast place , very welcoming staff , confortable place with an history on every piece of furniture inside.

The vintage look makes you fly back in the past to remember great memories and good history hidden inside pictures and wall decorations.

Sever was super professional and very polite, the local coffee they offer was totally amazing and help us wake up our senses as we’ll cheering up our souls.

Breakfast dish we order with some personal modifications on it was delicious!!!

We will make this one of our favorite places to go as a couple to get in touch with nature or when we want a relaxing weekend to be connected with the past and the wonderful thing in life.

My wife and I enjoy the food and linked with Calle (our server) makes this our breakfast spot. Calle's great cheery personality sets the tone for your day. Tip her well!!!

We left another restaurant because of bad service and went to The Pump. Absolutely great service, great prices, great food! Best of all, great music. Thanks guys!!!!

One of the best breakfasts I've had. I was very full after this and very satisfied. In fact, this breakfast was so filling that it took me all the way to dinner. I highly recommend this place if you're in Springfield. The outside may not be much to look at, but it's definitely worth going in.
