Excellent service! I had my first eye exam in years yesterday, and all the ladies here were fantastic! Thank you all for your excellent service, friendliness, going over price options of my new glasses....etc. The exam was thorough and comprehensive.

From the moment I got my first call back my experience with COEC has been amazing !! I would suggest them for all your optical needs they make you see clearly again !!!!

Had a wonderful expedience for my family. Dr. Decker was thorough. Staff was friendly, helpful, the optician (Gina) explained my benefits to me & offered too order frame in different color for me to look at for my son. She ordered a warranty frame for my other son but ended up finding one in her other store & brought it to Bend the next day. We were treated more like friends than patients, interacting with our kids made it even better. I'll be going back and letting local friends know all about this place..

Very positive experience here! Nice selection of quality frames, and, even more important, excellent service. Kylie went above and beyond the call of duty for me, helping with not one but two broken pairs of glasses and one rx that had to be changed from single vision to progressive. She is extremely helpful and very good at her job. Unlike some other establishments, they seem to really care about helping you get the right glasses that fit well and the right prescription. I highly recommend this place.

Terrific Customer Service. These folks have gone out of their way to accommodate me . Even through these stressful times, they kept a cheerful countenance and treated me with lots of attention. My last pair of glasses was purchased from Costco and before that from Walmart. Neither of these two organizations can compare with the level of service and quality I received from Central Oregon Eyecare. High quality

Great staff. Patience with ne when I was acting cranky. Cute front desk receptionist. Smart eye doctor took the time to problem solve my financial hiccups being forced to take an eye exam to satisfy the DMV because they left us visually impaired at a disadvantage to pay the doctors out of pocket.

I chose to try an eye doc not from Walmart for first time because of recent changes in my vision. The staff/doctor took my concerns seriously, found the exact problem, and set me up with a specialist. I also was fitted for contacts and glasses. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and helped me in just the ways I needed. It was a bit more expensive than I’m used to, but worth it. Maybe if I would have invested in my eye health earlier, I wouldn’t have my current issues. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about my experience. I found glasses that I LOVED but when they came in the perscription felt off for me. Gina (Amazing woman) adjusted the center and.sent them back to the lab. The second lenes still didn’t work for me so Dr. Decker checked my perscription and gently let me know that my beautiful frames weren’t going to work for my perscription. I went out to pick new frames from their amazing selection and couldn’t find one that I liked as much. Gina offered to go to their Redmond office and see if she could find something different there. She came back the next day with 7 new pairs for me to try on! I found one that I liked and they are making them again. They have all been so helpful and friendly I feel like I have made a group of friends.

The staff here at Central Oregon eye Care was very kind, very helpful, and experts at what they do. Dr Territo listened to me and was able to update my prescription to my exact needs. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

Highly recommend Dr. Sheldon. I would not be able to see my computer screen right now if it weren't for his McGyver-like efforts to help me see. There are many places where you can get an eye exam or buy some glasses. But when you decide where to go, you want a place that will provide great expertise and service as your eyesight can change over time and things can go wrong. Dr. Sheldon helped me find a solution when cataracts left me with blurry eyesight in my left eye, while other eye doctors seemed to have no clue what to recommend. (Other than just wait and tough it out until surgery.) If you want a place with a nice selection of glasses, fair prices and outstanding service, this is the place to go.

I moved here recently and needed new contacts! I made an appt and when I walked in, I felt at home. They are a great group and I would highly recommend. State of the art equipment and, once again, I learned a lot!

This is my third year going here. Always very helpful. The optometrist always takes time to chat about all my concern. Look no further folks. This is where you want to go for eye care.
