Had the best time here at the yurts for an overnight stay with the family. Rented both yurts, first time experience. Enjoyed the scenery, hospitality and local food. Woke up to a beautiful thunder storm that sounded amazing in the yurt. A wonderful, delicious breakfast provided. Spent the day touring the Archabbey nearby and the amazing Monte Cassino shrine. Absolutely beautiful area!

Our stay here this past weekend was amazing! We will be back soon! The Yurts were so cozy and had games and books as well as lots of brochures with stuff to do nearby. Dick made amazing breakfasts both mornings and also gave us a great recommendation for hiking! The best birthday present I ever got😊

My family had a blast here for a weekend! The yurts were cozy, the scenery was gorgeous, and the owner was so nice. He brought delicious meals for breakfast each morning.

The quiet and calm of Southern Indiana, mixed with the wonderful hospitality of Mr. Betz. This is an unbeatable getaway if you want peace and serenity.

This place was probably so so beautiful back when Mary was alive. This place is far from what it once was. If your looking for beautiful county and lots of wild life this is the place for u. However the grounds are over grown but the inside of the yurts were absolutely beautiful. Was not impressed with the porta potty but that's just me however it was clean. It was still a very beautiful area!! With a big fire pit by the tree line in front!! My big issue was if there is another family in the other Yurt you can count on no privacy at all because you can here a cricket a mile away while inside. SERIOUSLY!!

Not in impressed at all could find the place at first and then there was no drive way to it and was not mowed around the place very well. The yurts themselves were ok in the inside but on the outside I feel like they could use some updating on the deck around them and the bathroom is outside which is fine but it is a porta potty and wasn’t informed about that before we got there and then the shower house or if you can even call it that it was like an outdoor hut that was absolutely disgusting hadn’t been cleaned in forever super run down. Wasn’t mowed around it at all so you wouldn’t feel clean after you took a shower anyways. We didn’t even stay the night we left and went somewhere else to stay but he wouldn’t give us any of our money back or even consider it even with us being very unhappy. And we paid alot of money to stay there for 3 nights and when we got there it looked nothing like it did in the pictures. I think it was a very nice place at one time but think it hasn’t been taken care of the way it used to be. Not very happy at all about spending that much money and him not giving us any thing back or trying to work with us at all and we were very nice to him about it and tried talking to him about it all but he wouldn’t budge. I usually do not do things like this, but I am very disappointed and disgusted that we paid that much money, and would not give us anything back that does not make a good reputation for your place of business. Pictures below are of the shower that is out in the middle of the woods basically grown-up grass around it and was absolutely filthy.
