Fazoli's

Our favorite place for a Sunday lunch! Our girls love the penne and alfredo. The breadsticks are fresh, and the food is consistent and a good value. The best part is the service - a special mention to our cashier today, Nikki S, for excellent and warm service! We'll be back again soon.

The store is always has clean floors, clean tables, and friendly service. The food comes out hot and well presented. One staff member that stands out is Christina, she is just amazing. Never seen standing around and always cleaning or serving customers. You can tell she loves her job and giving the best she can. I highly recommend this location as it is consistent in it's experiences.

We no longer have a Fazoli's where we are so we made a side trip on the way home. Nikki was wonderful! And as always, the bread sticks are awesome!

I take my granddaughter there twice a week because she loves the fettuccine. The staff is always nice but I had an experience with Christina today who was so friendly and went out of her way to be nice. Keep up the good work. People appreciate good customer service

What a refreshing level of service we received after the disaster we encountered at Wendy’s up the street. The crew was friendly, welcoming, and did several table touches while we enjoyed our lunch. Service was fast and we didn’t wait long for our meals to be brought to our table. The dining room attendant, Christina, was especially friendly.

So it is fast food Italian and I exactly what I expect taste wise. Now let talk about. Christine amazing attitude happy and her energy put a smile on my face right away. Hard to find someone that can deliver like that and I hope she gets the credit that she is due for being the most positive first impression I have had walking into a restaurant in awhile.

There was a time when I doubted great customer service, but all that changed when a worker by the name of Carter provided me with superb efficiency and loving customer service. He showed the hustle and the bustle and definitely enticed me to make this location a go to for my food cravings. If Carter is working, trust you are in good hands. Yum Yum Yum in my Tum Tum

When I come in I was having a bad day. As soon I stepped into the door some guy with long flowing blonde hair stopped me and just was really helpful. He offered the greatest service ever, better than my wife. I got up and he noticed I didn't have my shoes tied so he tied them for me. Truly an upstanding guy and the best worker I have seen!!

Kristina helped us and brought us a pizza that looks good. Very friendly girlthanks for the great services.

All I can say is wow. Never had such an amazing experience at this awesome Italian restaurant. Not to mention the greatest cook I have ever seen or gotten the opportunity to be in the same room with. Carter Allison is the cook I am mentioning right now. It was a pleasure to be in the presence of such a goat. Truly the Michael Jordan of Italian food. #Blessed #GoldenBoy

I went here and my experience was amazing! Carter Allison’s care was very appreciated and all employees should strive to be like him. His kindness and compassion along with the amazing food led to a great dinner!

The food and service was wonderful. When I went through the drive-thru, Carter took my order. He was very patient and polite. Can't wait to eat from here again.

And I also met the kindest young man while he was taking my order. If you were wondering who that was… well it was none other than a young, well- established man, named Carter Allison! 10/10 would recommend, and to Mr. Allison.. I hope you are working everytime I come in in the future!!! 😌

The kid with long blonde hair is OUTSTANDING. I didn’t know good service til I met him. I caught his name, Carter. I recommend anyone to have the pleasure to meet that young folk if they have the chance.

Love the boneless chicken wings and bread sticks! The lasagna, fettuccine, and pizza are all favorites! We go thru drive thru most the time and always get fast friendly service. Fazoli's has great food at a good price.

Nikki was super kind and the food is great as always. The food was delivered really quick. Me and my family will drive 40 minutes for this fazoli's ever since the one near us closed down. Can't say enough good stuff 😁

Christina was amazing in helping carrying the food to the car, and being extremely polite. I appreciate the consideration and help. Along with that, the food was great and loved every bite.

Our first time to dine inside Fazoli's was very pleasant. One orders at the counter and the servers bring the food to the table. Soda station for free refills. In the evening, there were more drive thru clients so inside restaurant was quiet and we could enjoy a long visit. Food was tasty. Took home half of the meal.

I don’t know why this place is rated so low on Yelp but I enjoyed my orders (through Doordash).
I travel for work so I have tried many Fazoli’s and I think this place in particular were very generous with the portions especially with the meat sauce on the spaghetti. I added ($1.88) breaded chicken for my Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo and I was very happy with how much they gave.
Overall, I enjoyed the food. I’ll order from them again.

Great service! Senaya was great! Baked spaghetti with broccoli recommended! Loved it!
