I have to say that I really appreciate the staff at this TB.

When placing an order at the kiosk, they are very prompt at getting your cup to you. Food is out fast. Actively picking up the dining room.

Only critique is that my quesadilla could have used a little longer on the grill. Not all the cheese was melted.

But plenty of cheese with my nachos, etc.

I had to take a second and comment on this location- I drove through during dinner time on a weekend (around 6 on Saturday). I was able to drive right up and place my order, which tends to be very particular, pay for the food and get the food (everything in the order was 100% correct, hot, and delicious) all in less than five minutes! I was so impressed I made a comment to the cashier about them being faster than me, as I was stumbling to pull my card out. He responded by taking pride in being the fastest restaurant service in the area. I completely agree with that! Not only were they fast, they got everything right. Very impressed. Hopefully other restaurants follow their lead!

Teenage heaven. Better food than Chicago version. Nicer people too. Anywhere that helps feed this bottomless pit of a boy for cheap I am happy with. 12 bucks for 2 meals with a slushy thingy. Keep the cheese the way we like it...piled on!

Fantastic experience. Fast drive-thru, nice people at the window, and the food was really great. It was starting to feel like I've made it a personal mission to identify the lackluster service around Indianapolis (look at my previous reviews). This place really raised the bar far above my low expectations today. A big shout out and thanks to the staff at this location!

Food is always fresh and hot. Not one complaint from me with this location. The only one always open when my shift ends and I crave Taco Bell late night. Quick service and great food. The staff is always courteous and professional.

As a truck driver, and with current events, it can be hard to shop or get food. So whenever a place goes out of their way to help get you what you need, it's always an uplift to the spirit.

So when I pull into the Taco Bell parking lot in my Bobtail (semi without a trailer), and an employee says he'll take my order inside, even thought the inside is closed, that just makes my heart soar!

Today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell front start to finish. When I first pulled up a was met with a friendly greeting right away. Also the voice was a good volume and the words were annunciated so it was easy to understand. My order was quickly rang up and I was given my total then asked politely to pull around. I was met with a friendly man whose smile you could see under his mask. The transaction withy card was quick and I had my food in hand in no time. I made sure to check his name tag before leaving “Brian T”! He gave me a friendly farewell and I was on my way. My food was accurate and warm when I got home. I would 10/10 come back to that specific taco bell because of Brian’s amazing customer service.

Awesome service. Staff cares and it shows. From the clean lobby, polite and friendly service and the food being deliveries quick and without errors, it's truly the best Taco Bell. You will also find the world famous chilly cheese burrito at this location. Spoke with the new General Manager of the store, Brian. He definitely has changed the store from pervious reviews.

Best experience I've had at taco bell in years. They quit serving the meximelt, which is my favorite item. The young lady at the counter knew how to put one together for me, and I was able to appreciate my dining experience.
Props to the whole staff, they were all friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I wish that the stores in my area were as good as this one, and I only live a few miles away.

The facility was well kept. I got my good incredibly fast. Team was friendly and helpful about the recent menu changes, even though I'm bitter at the Taco Bell higherups who took away some of my favorite menu items.

Out of 3 taco bells by my parents and on the way to a store or whatever. You guys seriously have the best service and food! I've been to 3 other ones and their Cinnamon Twists are always cold and nasty and no cinnamon either. The point is to have cinnamon on them you know? And the people there are super nice. We just recently moved here in January this side of town. And this is BY FAR!!! the best Taco Bell there is! Good job guys!

The staff that work here are all wonderful and quick. They're efficient and never have I had an order messed up in the many months I come there (it's really close to my work) Everyone I've met at the drive thru window were nice and kind, I definitely would drive out of my way to go here cause I know it'll be done right and quick.

Food was excellent and drive thru was excellent. Our order was read back to us and we could actually understand what was said. The only bummer was our nachos were all broken like someone stepped on them. Besides that the rest of our food was hot and perfect.

First off, I want to start by saying what a OUTSTANDING TEAM you have at the store located at 5010 East Country Line Road, Indianapolis IN 46237. I just wanted to make sure they received the proper recognition they deserve. Ill tell you about a nightmare my company had with Jimmy Johns off Lowes BLVD. in Greenwood. We had placed a $200 order on a Tuesday July 16th, for two 24 pack Sandwiches and 2 jars of pickles. We had placed the order to be delivered on Saturday July 20th at 11:45am. We were hosting our annual pool party. The delivery never showed up even though the online order status stated it was out for delivery. When we went to check on the order at the store location the staff was rude and said they did not complete the order due to “lack of bread”. Obviously, placing this order days in advanced I expected better customer service. Instead we were asked why we even bothered showing up? I was furious but I had to remain calm and come up with a solution. As I had residents at our pool party, hungry as can be and expecting food as promised. I had one thought to call one of your stores and was blessed to hear an angel on the other end of the phone. When I called and explained what had happened, Brian had amazing customer service and immediately asked how he could help. I asked him how fast he could get me 6 party packs of Tacos ready. He simply replied, “I have a whole team ready to serve you!” This instantly changed my whole day around. We drove from Jimmy Johns store to your Store location on Emerson and County Line Road in 7 minutes. When we arrived, the party packs were already completed and Brian was there to assist. I can not express enough how grateful my residents are for the AMAZING customer service that your WHOLE TEAM had. I was simply amazed how fast and accurate the order that we place in 7 minutes was completed. They also provided sauces, napkins and a smile. We will MOST DEFINITELY return next year or for any future events that call for your stores service. They saved the day and we couldn’t be more grateful!

It's been a very long time that I have eaten at a Taco Bell that I have enjoyed their food.. This store is always on point and they have wonderful customer service.

The food was excellent as usual but what I really love is the five dollars boxes because it's always something different and special so often your going to get a treat because the boxes are different everytime and three different delicious items most of the time so if you're not sure go for one of the boxes or if the kids can not make up their minds it's family friendly a great place to go if you are not in the mood to cook and bonus the family gets to share quality time.
