Katie gave me layers and a trim and really listened to what I wanted! She really enhanced my hair- which needed some shaping and dead ends gone. Now I feel more confident wearing my wavy hair. The layers helped this a lot. Not to mention, she was quick and kind. Thank you, Katie!

I've been going here for years and never had a bad experience. They do get pretty busy so I highly recommend getting the app and checking in online.

This was one of my favorite hair cuts. The ladies were fun, jovial and in good spirits even after a 120 minute wait. Not to mention how handsome I am now thanks to them.

If you can handle the stress, both Becky and Abi were so friendly, and their customer service is amazing!
Abi cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and I love styling it now. She was also fun to chat with.
Can't beat the cost - just wish corporate would review the booking issues so these ladies can focus on what they do best and not deal with angry people.

I rarely write reviews, but I had such a good experience this morning at Great Clips in Bend that I wanted to write about it. I checked in on-line and the process was very smooth. I waited a short time in the salon (because I arrived early) and Chase and the young woman working with him (I wish I'd caught her name) were friendly and professional to everyone who called or came in. Chase cut my hair, and I have to say I gave him a bit of a challenge. I've been trimming my own hair lately (or having friends cut it), but I'm heading to my daughter's wedding soon and I wanted it cut professionally. Chase listened to what I wanted and then carefully cut it exactly as I'd hoped he would. It feels good and looks good and I'm really happy with it. Thank you. I'll definitely be back.

Me and my partner went in for haircuts earlier in the day and Patty cut my partner’s hair/beard very sloppily, rushed through his beard trim, and missed spots on his neck. Once asked about the beard trim, she sighed and seemed upset about going the extra mile for a paying customer.

The lady that cut my hair seemed very rushed, left my unmanageable cowlick and several stray, long hairs poking out all around my head. Both associates were very rude, and the lady that cut my hair was glaring at me when I returned for a touch-up.

Afterwards, we returned to get a touch-up from one of our favorite people there, Abby. She got us squared away, looking and feeling MUCH better than we did two hours prior.

I wish I would have gotten my stylists name but she went above and beyond doing my hair today! She fixed what my previous stylist had messed up and got all the split/dead ends off my hair. I left feeling great and I will 100% be back if she’s there. 10/10 recommend. (I’ll edit if I find out her name)

They are short handed and super busy. Still had great customer service. You could tell they were slammed but were just as nice as could be. Plus I got a good haircut. I will be back.

Great Clips has been my personal favorite place to get haircuts. It’s a friendly staff who know there craft well. Easy to check in online and not have to sit and wait, they simply text you 15 minutes before they’re ready for you.

I loved that they knew exactly the type of haircut I wanted. I am fully aware the computer had it in the system. I loved it anyway.. BTW people also delivered in a quick and friendly way.

My stylists Katalina, was outstanding! She understood what I wanted ! I had long hair and desperately needed a new look. She layered my thick hair blending it exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her. I will be seeking her out my next visit.

The person that cut my hair, Chase, was very professional and I got exactly what I was after. I highly recommend giving them a try. Just so you are aware they do have long wait periods so check in online and please be patient. They all do great work and are extremely courteous.

Chase was amazing! Constantly checking in about length before cutting and very knowledgeable. Long wait time but that just reflects the demand vs available hairstylists- just something to keep in mind.

I came in after work to get a trim and the ladies were so kind to me despite me not having an online appointment. Reo was my stylist and she sat me down very quickly to cut my hair. She was so friendly and genuine it felt like I was talking to a friend. She did an amazing job on my hair and gave me exactly what I was wanting but better! I've always gone here but I am very pleased with my most recent experience. You ladies are amazing, keep up the good work!! 😊

I always go to Great Clips at Fred Meyer Center in Bend, Oregon for great service. Kelsey (12-13-22) and Abigail (11-13-22) do an excellent job, and are much faster at cutting my hair than other salons. I will be headed back to see them this week!
