I love Washburn their prices are reasonable; especially compared to their competitors across the street. Their coffee is so good and their homemade baked treats are the best. If you’re coming for some peace and quiet you’ll need to hit them at the right time though they are usually busy and loud. They are very “family friendly” which means screaming toddlers some times. It’s the only downfall of this great spot.

Their donuts (only available during the weekend) are out of this world! Vegan and gluten free food options. Excellent espresso. Free refills on their drip coffee. Space is open and bright with outside seating as well. My husband and I adore this place.

The Washburne was a great spot for a morning coffee and treat. They offer full plate meals (breakfast and lunch), and if the smiles on the patrons' faces were any indication, the food is tasty. My breakfast treat was tasty. There was a pleasant background taste of banana to complement the chocolate chips. It was too cookie to be a sweet bread, yet too substantial to be just a cookie.

They offer table seating, bar seating, and a living room- like area. I experienced it as comfy despite the bustling energy of their mid-morning crowd. I will be back!

Had never been to The Washburne Cafe until they had A Charred Pizza for a one night pop up. Upon arrival the Cafe is immaculate, you can tell the owners and staff take pride in their business. Everyone was welcoming and just seemed really excited to be providing this pop up to the community as they asked for it.

My MIL is part of the foodies group and the foodies have been talking about this pizza for quite some time. The owner/creator posts pictures of his pizza often and leaves people drooling from what I'm told. My husband and I met his mother and friend there and after looking at the menu we decided on the Detroit Style Chicken Bacon Ranch.

AMAZING! Best pizza I've had in a long time. Cooked to golden crispy perfection, flavor in every bite, and quality is unmatched. So keep an eye for another pop up. Now I need to try The Washburn Cafe, from the reviews and pictures they seem to be about quality and the food and drinks look good. When I try The Washburne Cafe I will defintely be writing another review.

Till then check em out, we have lots of local cafes that need our business during these times and they're finding ways to stick around for us. So get coffee with your girlfriends or lunch with your signifanct others and enjoy an atmosphere welcoming to all!

STOP WHAT YOURE DOING AND GO GET YOURSELF A CHICKEN BISCUIT FROM THESE PPL. Being feom.the DEEP South I pride myself on knowing a few things and biscuits and fried chicken are two of those things. When I tell you I had to picnh myself to make.sure I wasn't dreaming or I hadn't been magically transported back home. First off the biscuit was a huge buttermilk biscuit that screams homemade and freshly baked it was flaky and moist in all the places you want that. Secondly the chicken 🐔 oh man.....it was juicy and tender almost melt in your mouth with flavors that made me wanna dance at the red-light because it smelled so good I couldn't wait till I got home. And lastly the egg was top notch perfectly cooked and the sandwich was flavorful to the last bite. I had read the reviews so I thought it'd be good but AMAZING that I wasn't prepared for. They are a little pricy but everything is organic or farm fresh which MUAH MUAH MUAH. LASTLY I've cooked in some 5 star Michelin spots and this sandwich would have been right at home on that menu. Southern tip here but ask for some honey to kick it up not that it needs it. They also offer hot honey for you spice of life peeps out there. It's nicely decorated even if it gives off hipster vibes at times but rest assured that won't stop me from returning again and again and again. Overall this place is amazing and the coffee wasn't half bad.

Popped into Eugene for the weekend, and stopped in at the Washburne Cafe for Saturday breakfast. No regrets! The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, they tasted very fresh and were the perfect size to fill up in the morning without leaving you over stuffed. The hot chocolate and the hazelnut latte were both yummy, satisfying, and well balanced (not too sweet, not too bitter, not too heavy).
The atmosphere of the cafe is cozy and welcoming without being cluttered or cramped, and it was lovely watching the fog roll through the trees over the Springfield Downtown. We will definitely visit again the next time we’re in town! Thanks for a wonderful breakfast!

This is without a doubt one of the best unexpected breakfast experiences I've had. A very relaxing atmosphere with an inviting feel. The DIY decor makes you feel like you are enjoying breakfast and coffee at a friend's house who has a gift for creativity. I highly recommend ordering a latte and selecting one of their housemade syrups. The only thing more impressive than the perfect quality of my latte was the flavor packed breakfast sandwich served on a freshly made biscuit. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit this gem don't hesitate on doing so any longer.

I go to Washburne regularly for lunch in the middle of my work day. I usually get a tuna melt and it is so, so good—but I've enjoyed everything else I've tried, too. I brought out-of-town friends here for brunch and we all enjoyed what we ordered. I got a "PBBGH" (I think is how it's spelled—peanut butter, banana, granola, honey) and it was sweet, sticky perfection. If you're going for an espresso drink, try the Butterbeer Latte!

Washburne uses yummy locally roasted beans from Farmer’s Union. Their coffee is good! I tried the iced latte with their housemate cardamom honey syrup.

This is my favorite place for coffee and chicken and waffles. The staff are great. Once we had a mentally ill person come in and was giving my table a hard time. They intervened and gave me my meal for free, which was unnecessary but very sweet. The staff are great. The coffee is beautiful. It has the best chicken and waffles in town.

The food is well worth the prices. I had the chicken sandwich. Not omly could I not finish it, the biscuit was obviously made in house with delicious egg and tasty mustard sauce, the chicken was so crispy. 10/!0

Quaint cafe on up-and-coming Main Street. Local roast and sweet treats are perfect for an afternoon spent chatting with friends in the cafe’s large, open space.

While visiting Springfield, I stopped at this awesome cafe for coffee with an old friend. Bought the cup on the photo! Delicious coffee, lots of food options, great decor and vibe with open spaces. Loved it

Heads up for the uninitiated: This place can get a little crowded on the weekends because IT RULES. Worth the wait when necessary. Staff is rad. Sometimes I place a relatively "custom" breakfast sandwich order, and they're super accommodating about it. They even let me do psycho stuff, like order my donut without any glaze on it! The atmosphere is great. The windows really allow this space to shine, and the decor is thoughtfully done.
