I came here not really expecting much. The wait was very minimal. Employees friendly, polite, very helpful. My appointment for snap food benefits was with intake counselor , Ms. Hobbs. Again my expectations in advance, not high. I was treated, spoken with, sincere respect, much exceeded. I very much appreciated the information, the kindness, and genuine concern at a human to human level. It is refreshing in today's climate to meet and be treated with respect. Thank you , great form.

They won't return my phone call, none of my case managers or therapist seem to even know what they do or how get me referred to them.....
