So far so good. I was able to find an identical replacement for an older rather uncommon phone after breaking one at work. These folks were able to swap everything over and it worked perfectly without any interruption at all. The price was reasonable and the work was quick. No complaints.

Amazing prices!! Excellent customer service!!! I've gone here two times and each time was a wonderful experience! The owner was very kind and helped us out with any questions we had. GREAT business! I went in to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired and was in and out within 20 minutes and it was under a $100! This has been my second screen repair and it was MUCH cheaper AND faster than the normal place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went in an hour before they closed and my phone needed a new charging port, but the salesman was very honest with me told me it just needed to be cleaned. He got it all fixed for me in like 15 min later I was out the door a very happy customer. I definitely will go back for any other electronic issues.

This was my second experience with Cellular Center West. The customer service has been excellent both times. My phone was fixed in 20 minutes and I received an extra discount for coming in a second time. The gentleman who helped me both times is so personable and friendly. Really appreciated the welcoming hospitality. Bought an iphone cord for less than half of what sprint was asking. Really appreciate hard working individuals doing their best to provide quality service and pricing. You need to consider these folks before just throwing your money to commissions for salesmen.

The fine folks at Cellular Center West set me up with an iPhone replacement for my daughter. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is neat and clean, and conveniently located. This place is super awesome, they have quality phones, they never take advantage of us, they always do their best to fix whatever problems we have with our phones, even if its minor and they never over charge. Very nice people too:) highly recommend!

This was the fastest and cheapest place in town. I dropped off my phone and it was repaired in 30 minuets plus I received a call from the store letting me know it was finished.

These gentlemen took the extra time to diagnose an issue with my iPhone that was more complicated than just the LCD, and because there was not a favorable and instantaneous solution, they didn't charge me for this additional time spent. Their attitudes are also very professional and understanding.

I went and bought a used note 9 from them it is in like brand new condition he gave me a good deal on it to! He was very nice and understanding! Plan to go here when I need a phone again! Excellent service!!!

This store has the best deals! I bought a brand new Otterbox Defender for a better price than on Amazon and a MUCH better price than at Verizon. The people working at Cellular Center West are very pleasant and professional. Moses fixed a friend of mine's phone 6 months ago and it's been working great ever since.
