Great customer service. Took time to review prices for a quote as well as changing the battery in my car key fob.

I had the best customer service tonight from a gentleman named Corey. I came 3 minutes before closing for a car battery and Corey didn't complain about the time and, in fact, helped another woman whom pulled in after me when he finished with my car.
And this is exactly why I only recommend this store to anyone for batteries. Exceptional service and good prices. Keep it up! And thanks Corey!

Great service and a fair price

He said it would take about 20 minutes and it did. Very nice, polite and friendly customer service. Didn't know they had this service. I also didn't know they have a section of specialty light bulbs for everything you can imagine. Highly recommend our local store. I also dropped off all my dead batteries for recycling, which is very convenient!

I am 75 and somewhat disabled as I am recovering from recent back surgery. I chose to buy a replacement battery from Batteries + Bulbs, Terre Haute, because they offered free installation. I purchased online, scheduled Installation online, and received excellent service. It would have been difficult to replace the battery myself, and I sincerely appreciate the efficient and friendly service I received. A 10 in my book, and thank you.

Highly recommend!! Staff were very friendly & helpful, my phone was fixed within an hour (lcd display replacement), and the price wasn’t ridiculous! Definitely worth it & I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a phone repaired from here on out.

On 10/22/21 I was visiting Terre Haute and my cell phone "died". I took the phone to the local Verizon Store and was told the most likely issue was my battery and it could be replaced. The manager at the Verizon store recommended we go to this location for the new battery. When we arrived I told Cory the problem, he checked his inventory and ensured he had the correct battery and offered to a replacement in about an hour. However Cory then went further and asked what type of charger I was using. I informed him it was a standard charger. Cory then took my phone to the back and attached it to a fast charger, and the phone began charging. Cory informed me that the issue was not the phone, I just needed a fast charger. He could have replaced the battery, however he went the extra step and saved me $$$. Thank you sir.

Another great experience there. Saved my samsung phone , again. This time repaired a non functioning charging port , quickly and at no cost !!! Great helpful staff . Thanks again.

The salesman was very efficient and professional in taking care of me. Amazon wasn't able to match the price either. The battery is working great in my motorcycle and I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

I love the service here! They took my old battery out of my car and installed the new one. Their price was better than anywhere else. I would have paid more just to have the service provided!

I did not know I had purchased lifetime replacement on my watch battery last time it was replaced. When I went in today they changed the battery at no charge to me. It took only a couple of minutes and the service was courteous.

The person who fixed my phone is a very friendly and an awesome individual! Plus it only took about 30 minutes to fix. I highly recommend anyone who needs their screen fixed to come to this place!

Although the price was higher than I would have paid at the Apple Store in Indianapolis, I did not have to travel as far since I live close to Terre Haute, IN. Had a battery in stock for a thirty year old Power Wheel. Ordered online and picked it up in the store within minutes. The price was competitive with other online offers. Friendly staff in the store. Checked all the boxes on my list.

Bought a battery online was informed it was ready for pickup in about 2 hours I got to the store they had the battery ready and installed it in about 15 minutes and I was out the door. The lady who helped me was really nice and I enjoy talking to her will definitely go back

I was passing thru Terre Haute IN. My Wife and I stopped into Batteries plus to purchase a universal power a/c adapter. After we purchased it and tested it out in the car we discovered it didn't work. We figured it was something with our car because the cabin light was out. When we attempted to return the adapter Austen, the Manager, kindly volunteered to check out our car to find the possible issue. After everything was said and done, Austen had the adapter working and the cabin light working. I really appreciated Austen extraordinary customer service. He went up and beyond.
