Amazing help from Jerry! I walked in with boots that were falling apart and he made sure I walked out with well fitting, quality boots that can handle my line of work. The after purchase care is also very nice. Go talk to him if you need a new pair!

Jerry was an outstanding and friendly salesman. Professional and informative and did everything he could to find my perfect size and comfort for my boot. Compared to my first visit, it was a night and day difference in a positive way. I’ll be back for sure because of the experience he displays there.

Jerry always gives great customer service and makes sure you're happy with your shoes. I think I tried 15 different pairs before I found the right ones and he was helpful every step of the way.

Had to take a new pair of boots back that my wife had gotten me and didn't feel right and when I told them that my old pair of red wing boots had the liner coming loose they informed me of their policy of sending off boots to be repaired and cleaned for free and then they also will ship them back to our house free of charge!
I was quite shocked that any company did anything like that anymore!
I am very impressed with Red Wing as a company and this Terre Haute store also. The owners were very helpful!

I am not one to leave reviews but this deserves one. Been a regular customer for 5-6 years now and service has always been decent but nothing like tonight, came in for new boots and to look at some for my boy and jerry was working and went over the top helpful and never acted like we were a bother. Spent time explaining and knowledgeable of products highly recommended their boots and the jerry experience. I am a union tradesman and are hard on boots the king toe is the best and only the few issues over the years and they have always taken care of me me honored any warranty.

This is by far the most personable and professional Red Wing store I've ever been in. If you need any help or have questions, they are well informed and patient!!! Highly Recommend!!

Their customer service is top of the line! Jerry was a huge help with helping me find what shoes and insoles would best fit me and he was very patient as I wanted to try on more than 1 pair of shoes. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for new shoes or boots, you cannot beat the service provided by them. They deserve a raise and a lot of recognition for how they treat customers like family!

I went in and the service was great they helped me find just what I needed and polished the pair of boots that I had on thanks.

Got a pair of red wings boots back in September of 2022 they have broken down and have been hurting my feet lately so I went back in to the store and spoke with Jerry the guy who runs the store and man did he get me taking care of what a hell of guy and goes above and beyond for his customers. (So you people in the corporate offices need to take note of this man and pay him more money because he damn well deserves it) and thanks again Jerry for all your help keep up the great work! #voteforjerry 🤘

First time at Red Wing, and I was absolutely pleased with the service and help.
Red Wing gives you a month to try the footware out. During that time, if you are unpleased with your purchase, you're able to go back and switch them out.
Who can pass up on the free monthly boot cleaning as well.
Jerry and Kelly (spelling may be incorrect) were amazing and pleasant!

Some of the best service I’ve ever received!! Jerry scanned my feet and showed me my problem areas to answer my feet pain, didn’t even know one of my feet was bigger than the other! Highly suggest going here over other places! Not to mention the warranty service thru Red Wing! 10/10 Happy Customer

Went in there not knowing what size boot i need or insole and jerry helped me out with everything he went above and beyond to make sure everything was great i was in and out in 15 mins from the time i came in and took my shoes off and stood on the machine to the time i walked out with my new boots on and insoles in them will definitely be back felt like family
